Conveniently located just a short walk from the sand, this ocean view retreat even has a hot tub for relaxing after a long day of activities. Built in 1930, this home has an amazing combination of vintage charm and modern updates that make it nice and cozy.



    What’s nearby:

    Located just above 101 and nearly in the heart of Lincoln City proper, this home is surrounded by all the activities the area has to offer. Cross the street for lunch at Kyllo’s or walk the strip and stop at a salt water taffy shop—the choice is yours!



    Things to know:

    Pebble steps from driveway to front door is roughly 50 steps

    The sofabed is on the first floor

Wonderful Vacation Home

This place has it all, close to the beach, fabulous view, well stocked with everything you need, relaxing hot tub after a day of exploring, and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Relaxing elegant getaway in the heart of town.

Loved being so close to all the little local stores loved the beach access loved the private hot tub, & cooking in the beach house kitchen.

The view! Location awesome and house was fun!

Everything about the house was great, fun having breakfasts on the decks and had everything you needed for a great vacation. Very clean house and will definitely stay again.

We could not find the place the first night we were supposed to stay there so we had to pay for and book another hotel that night. We found it the next day and stayed one night and absolutely loved it! It was so great we booked again for Labor Day weekend and can't wait to go back. Just wish we didn't pay for the night we couldn't find it

Great place to stay. Perfect for a couple to spend their honeymoon or celebrate their anniversary!

We loved staying here. The view from the home is obscured slightly by a hotel but you can still see the ocean. The hot tub was great and clean.

A great place to stay!

With amazing views, right next to Kyllo's, and only a very short walk to the beach, this house was wonderful! It was clean, the hot tub was awesome, plenty of space, the furniture could be updated, and the kitchen didn't have a few basics, but overall we were very happy with our stay, and would stay here again!

Cute house! Nice walk to the beach. Hot tub was very nice, water was a little low. Overall a very relaxing beach get away.

This house was awesome! Great location! Beautiful views! Like the other reviews... The stairs are a little quirky. But well worth the trip up! We hope to stay there again sometime!

Roomy, comfortable stay on the beach

We loved the house and location. We were able to bring our dogs, we cooked in except one night. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. There’s a wonderful fireplace in the living room. I’d stay again for sure.

We had an amazing time in your home, thank you!!! The views were amazing and the home was very clean when we arrived. The only negative feedback is that the murphy bed wasn't very comfy and the linens were a little worn, some new comforters, etc., would help! We will definitely stay here again!

Nice view but not for the elderly or infirm due to unsafe cobblestones stairs, and there are many. Disappointing that we cut our stay short, needs to have a disclaimer on the posting

The original code to unlock the door didn’t work and had to wait on hold 15 min to get ahold of someone. Rough start but once we got in, the house was fantastic. Beautiful location, easy to get to the beach, hot tub was amazing, house was clean. Would go back and stay longer!

I’ll be back

Love this place! The drain spout on the NW corner is plugged so the water was flowing over the gutter. I would have unplugged myself but it was out of reach. It’s time to clean under the appliances. Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful home
