The Space:

This cozy studio is ideal for couples and solo travelers who want a retreat from daily life to enjoy peace and quiet along with the fabulous ocean views Lincoln City is known for. And if you have any beloved canines, this rental allows dogs, so you can bring them along with you!



This rental is located on the third floor, allowing for stunning views and requiring guests to climb a set of stairs. Beach access is about a block or two away, with another set of stairs that leads to the sand.



There's a queen-size bed and a mini-fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave. This studio is the perfect size for two guests, so it's an ideal chance for a getaway with your sweetheart or a solo adventure. You'll also enjoy free WiFi access, a gas fireplace, and a private balcony. And your dogs are more than welcome.



Lincoln City boasts many quality casual and fine dining establishments, many with beachside views, as well as glass art galleries, antique shops, souvenir shops, and a casino. Overall was a nice place

The bed is not comfortable. Every night we would get whiffs of Natural Gas even thought the fire place was shut off. The room as HOT! No windows fo open but the sliding glass door to open, but didn’t feel safe sleeping with it open. A couple fans would have been nice. The 10 digit code to get the door locked was a bit much. A shorter one or the option of a key would have been nice. Otherwise the place was clean. Only briefly heard neighbors being loud, but didn’t last long.

Turned out okay

Not gonna lie… the first night here was rough. Nothing seemed to work. The internet wouldn’t connect, the sound on the tv, and it was extremely hot in the room. So be warned there is no AC. By the second day the internet and tv worked (with some work on my end) and it seemed cooler. I communicated with Vacasa representatives about the heat and internet and they were super responsive, but the property management was not. They were supposed to call me but that never happened. Overall, it ended up being a nice stay but another warning: there is no hand soap! I’ve never seen that before and I had to use my body wash!

Electronic lock not working

The electronic lock was not working properly. We were locked out of our room from approximately 6:30 am to 9:30 am when a maintenance man came to our rescue. There is no one onsite Fri or Sat, so no one to help us, other than the booking company over the phone. We placed 5 calls over 3 hrs for help. We were hung up on after a 20 min hold. There were no public restrooms to use, and our car keys were locked in the room so we were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE waiting 3 hrs for help. It was miserable from arrival Thurs at 4:30 pm until we left Friday at 10:30 am, after finally being granted access to our room. We paid for 3 nights, but left after one requesting a full refund for this fiasco. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Have a bit of an emergency no on site or after hours person on call. Called twice to get bedding as I fell and ended up spilling my dinner all over the bed so had to sleep with no bedding had to go to another motel to get ice for my burns because no ice machine because food container broke that landed my dinner on bed not hotel’s fault but the over all customer service thumbs down also couldn’t lock the sliding glass door only had a thin metal stick going across not safe also getting into the door was not easy at all had to have another guest help that said they were on hold with them for over an hour for the same issue

Caution: You will not sleep.

The only positive thing was the check-in process. Our bed was hard as a rock. Multiple people have left reviews on this, but I figured it would've been addressed by now. Nope! We only stayed 2 nights, and it was bad enough that we went out and bought a mattress topper for our 2nd night. Other negatives: There is no barrier between patios for privacy. We had booked a room with carpet to muffle our dogs stomping around but it was laminate instead, and covered in sand. There was a bloody tissue under the bed, multiple stains on the bedding, stained towels, broken floor tiles in the bathroom, etc. This place was not clean. While we weren't looking for anything fancy, we'd expect the basics like a clean room and comfortable bed. I guess that's not the standard anymore..? Unfortunately, we won't ever stay there again. These issues are just not okay when you're paying $350 for a 2-night stay.

This place is a good value

And the view! I have stayed here several times and the rooms are fairly run down but for the price and having a nice big balcony with such a spectacular ocean view is priceless...we don't spend much time in the room so it works just fine for us...also working with vacasa is always a pleasure they have great customer service!

Not bad for the price

Needs so upgrading. Beautiful view but patios are not private at all, could do with some privacy screens between suites. Also need a screen on sliding door so that you could leave a window slightly open as it’s very stuffy in there. Everything was clean. Bed not the most comfortable but it’s good enough.

The property does not look like the picture on the website so that was a bit disappointing. It is somewhat dated and in need of a good paint job. For some reason, the floor felt very sticky like it needed a good wet mop. The view of the ocean was nice and it was relativley quiet. The TV and WIFI was good.

Nice little condo

Lots good about this place. Great view and location. Needed a paint job and some small maintenance issues that shouldn't cost any money but would make it feel like it's really a place. It allows pets, so I'm thinking most people don't care that dogs are barking regularly throughout the day, mornings and evenings

Stay Away!

Please review Vacasa. I left a lengthy and very displeased review. I will NEVER return to this location - classic pic bait and switch. Filthy exterior (blood stains on ground, spills everywhere), bed like sleeping on the floor (so uncomfortable), passed to manager for customer service and no communication…horrible experience! This will never happen again at this location or possibly VRBO.
