Mostly clean, with a good bathroom and clean towels. Nice little deck with chairs for sunsets, although the first floor view is obstructed by trees. Wifi wasn't great. Floors and walls are thin and noise from neighbors can get annoying. Terrible bed (propped up by.lumber underneath) which sagged and was uncomfortable. Great automated check in and out via text. No keys needed. Still, an affordable stay for a quick visit or overnighter.

It was a great place to stay for a great price very clean could improve on the bed it was pretty hard and uncomfortable and the tv remote would stop working sometimes had to unplug the tv to reset it each time i loved the dove products provided for the shower

While the room provided good shelter, we had some issues with cleanliness upon arrival, and observed some cosmetic damage to the room. There was a issue with the electric fireplace, we noticed it wouldn't turn off and left the room extremely hot at times. Security was great, the lock used on the door worked great.

Broken fireplace Uncomfortable bed Cold room No ice or snacks available No staff available (for extra supplies ie coffee, towels, ect...)(we also likef this as well) We would stay again if the price is right we just would know what we were getting certainly not ocean front certainly not a view and I could see you with more people renting that parking could be an issue especially as I'm disabled and there didn't seem to be any disabled parking spots it was just first come first serve

We arrived to a dirty room with sand and dog hair on the floor and a horribly uncomfortable bed. There was also dog poop in the hallway to our room. The first night we stayed, we realized how poorly built the buildings were as we could hear everything our neighbors were doing. We were woke up the 2nd night at 1AM by neighbors and there is nobody on site to go speak to about issues so you are left to suffer and get no sleep. We cut our losses on night 3 due to noise and left 2 days early. Extremely poor experience.

This is not a normal Vacasa rental; it's basically a bare-bones budget hotel room. But that is to be expected for the price - I don't think you could get a nicer place for so little! The office was closed due to Covid so if you need anything, you need to call Vacasa. I'm including a list of the amenities at the end to help you plan your trip. I recommend bringing cleaning supplies, tissues, paper towels, and extra toilet paper. First impression is not great, but on closer inspection it's mostly cosmetic (messy grout, chipped paint, cracked tiles, rust, etc). I saw no mold/mildew in the room, but the common hallways were pretty dirty and I had to sweep the floor when we arrived, lots of sand & pet hair. Pros: - Cost - Location! You can see the beach from the balcony, and a few min drive in either direction down Highway 101 will take you to shops, restaurants, and public beach access - mini fridge with small freezer area, and a coffee maker were included; we ate breakfast and sometimes lunch in our room to reduce covid exposure, and it winds up saving $ too - good water pressure in the shower! Cons: - LOUD. Part of this is luck of the draw with who is staying there, but a big part is that there is zero soundproofing, thin walls, and no carpet. It was like a herd of elephants running laps in the room above us and up and down the stairs. Also, a lot of the doors to the other units stick; you could tell people had to slam them to shut them. We slept very, very poorly, even with a white noise machine, the bathroom exhaust fan on, and pillows covering our heads - The walk to the beach is longer than it seems and very steep. After walking it the first day, we drove to public beach access (which is great!) -It got really warm and humid in our room despite temps in the 60s for our whole trip. We opened the balcony door a lot but there's no screen to keep out bugs, and no fan to circulate air -there is just a sheer curtain on the sliding door to the balcony, so be prepared to wake up with the sun. It also made me feel kind of exposed, but unless someone on the next balcony cranes their neck, no one can really see in EVERYTHING included in the room: - 4 pillows, 2 blankets, 1 top sheet, 1 fitted sheet -1 bottle hand soap -1 bottle hand sanitizer -small toiletries (3x shampoo, conditioner, bar soap) -6 set bath linens (towel, hand towel, wash cloth) -3 kitchen towels -4 packets coffee -4 packets sugar/cream/stirrer -1 roll toilet paper - broom & dustpan

No se estacioman biem los que llegan y no quitaron de la cafetera el filtro de cafe que estaba usado de alguien mas por quien sabe cuanto tiempo, ojala y pusieran mas atencion con el personal de limpieza y hubiera quien los supervice antes de rwntarlos

We were extremely disappointed with this property. It was very dirty throughout. There was dog hair all over the flooring and bedspread. Cabinet door above microwave fell off when we opened it. The room and bathroom were in need of painting and had not been kept up like pictures in the ad. Even the entry was very beaten up. We left after a couple of minutes and went to a wonderful hotel instead. Very sketchy location!!

Sites directions were clear and accurate. place allows dogs which is lovely. Our unit was overall quite despite being able to hear everyone coming or going. Unit had a designated dog bowl and dog towel which is always lovely. Unit was clean and had lots of bath towels, plus hot water for tub was capable of hot water!! Msged owners of property on wed for fri arrival- still no reply and it’s now Sunday. Summery of studio noted: kitchen with dishes. “Dishes” included 3different types of glasses. We knew it was a studio, but didn’t know exactly what to expect for our first trip there. Parking area is tight for space, especially if in anything larger than a midsize SUV. Nothing really “wrong” with our stay, just not perfect for us. We may just need to try another unit on site??
