Sunset Bay è 3000 metri quadrati bellissimo nuovo 2007 personalizzato 3 sguardi di casa STORES all'Oceano Pacifico e si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di sabbia locale. I suoni ipnotici delle onde dell'oceano che si infrangono, l'aria salmastra della spiaggia, le barriere coralline, i leoni marini, questo e altro ancora tutti osservati da questa casa.

Accesso alla spiaggia è Drive Down e sedia a rotelle accessibile !!! A soli 50 metri !!! È la casa perfetta per il ricongiungimento familiare, la riunione dei compagni di classe, gli anniversari, i viaggiatori aziendali per le conferenze locali e qualsiasi altro grande gruppo fino a 18 anni, che ha bisogno di stare insieme in un unico posto.

Ogni camera è decorata in modo unico in un'eleganza confortevole. Se ti piacciono le belle opere d'arte, questa casa è per te. Aperto Grande cucina in camera e angolo con 10 piedi di soffitto ha una vista mozzafiato dalle finestre di fronte all'oceano da parete a parete.

Uscendo dalla grande stanza al solarium e annusando la brezza salata dell'oceano, HOTSPRING SPA PER 5-6 PERSONE, ascoltando il ruggito delle onde con l'unica preoccupazione di quale sedia dovresti rilassarti. Questo ponte ha 1 barbecue a gas e 1 grill barbecue carbone, tavolo da pranzo per 8.

Al piano superiore (3d PIANO) abbiamo tre camere da letto, tutte con TV al plasma. Entra nella suite matrimoniale attraverso le doppie porte e cadrà sotto l'incantesimo di questo luogo romantico e confortevole.

Magnifico, quasi 180 gradi, vista mare e spiaggia, letto king size, bagno padronale di lusso, grande schermo al plasma TV. Ti addormenterai per le onde del Pacifico con una stupefacente vista della luce lunare e delle stelle sull'acqua, e ti sveglierai alla vista mozzafiato che è il maestoso Oceano Pacifico.

Il bagno principale è spettacolare, con una vasca idromassaggio con idromassaggio, doppi lavandini e cabina doccia separata con spray per il corpo a getti e parapioggia. Seconda suite Master con letto King-size, TV UHD 4K da 43 "e spettacolare vista mare da parete a parete.

Entrambe le suite Masters hanno accesso al balcone con fenomenale vista sulla spiaggia !!!La terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello di dimensioni doppie. C'è un altro bagno completo al piano superiore con doccia.

Al piano di sotto ha due camere da letto. La quarta camera da letto è davvero una grande parte della camera Family con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello doppio / gemello, tonnellate di giocattoli e giochi, grande 42 'al plasma con console Nintendo Wii e PS3 e 13 giochi, DVD, CD, cavo, anche divano letto, con converte in ulteriore letto full size e letto matrimoniale.

Igor was amazing, very responsive! Property was as advertised and had everything we needed. Hot tub was clean and everything worked. Igor even sent one of us a pillow we'd left behind! We had a great time!!

Dear Igor,We wanted to thank you for providing a fantastic stay at your property. We truly enjoyed our time and felt very comfortable and at home. The property was clean and the decor was beautiful, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the other amenities. They made our stay so much more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach.We were able to explore the area and enjoyed a trip to the ocean to watch Whales ,sea lions , beautiful Oregon coast, restaurants. We would highly recommend your property to other travelers. Our family stayed here for a week. Property location was great being a block off the beach and walking distance to shops/restaurants. House was big enough for everyone to feel comfortable and we found everything necessary for cooking. We had a couple of questions during the stay that Igor (owner) quickly responded to which we greatly appreciated. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again.

We loved everything about this stay...except for the cleanliness and functioning parts of the home. The location is excellent, Igor is super responsive, the home is a perfect size for a large family. Unfortunately, the home was dirty, the hot tub was dirty, and the jetted tub didn't work. Also, the furniture in the living room needs to be replaced. I wanted the entire family to relax and love the property. It made it a little challenging when items weren't clean or in working order. This would be a 5-star home if it were clean!

Good and bad about our stay in this property Good: The property location is close to the beach access which was convenient for all of us. The house was large enough for our group. The out side wood fire place was amazing. The proerty manager Igor is very nice, polite person. We forgot some items behind, he brought those items for us to Portland thank you Igor. Bad: Both down stairs bed rooms had very bad odor (urine or mildew smell) at first we were not able to figure out where the smell was coming, later we found out one of the bed room matters was stained with urine and still damp. The family members assigned in those two rooms were not able to sleep in those rooms.The sitting room sofa is very old, had tears in every corner,worn out and stained cushins on them.The area rugs are very dirty, has folded corners which is a trip hazard to anyone.The kitchen is good except no medium or large serving bowls (only small bowls) no serving trays, kitchen drawers very dirty. All the towels smelled like mildew. Three out of five bedrooms are set up with bunk beds which is good for family with small kids, the house does not hold 16 adults. Sorry Igor for writing my honest reviews, with the amount of money we paid for house keeping, your house should be clean and in better conditions.

We loved our stay in Lincoln city at this very accommdating house. Just kitty corner from brach entrance, two level balconies for enjoying the sound of the waves and seagulls, it offers a fully functional kitchen, lots of space, a hot tub, steam shower, gane room, and has a really great vibe.

House had something for everyone. Great views of the ocean for relaxation, game room down stairs for the kid's and adults. Beach and town access less than 5 minute walk. House was well stocked with kitchen appliances and dishes/silverware.

This was a super location. Just 5 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes to the Lincoln City Old Town Shopping area. The house was clean, stained cool on hot days and was fun. We had a blast!

We loved this place and had a blast staying there. It was big enough for all 16 of us. It's within walking distance to the beach and within short driving distance to some good restaurants. It is well equipped with all the necessities for enjoying good food and drinks. Just one thing I would like the host to know is that the grill outside was very dirty. We had to clean it for about a good 30-40 mins before we could use it. Other than this minor issue, we all loved this place and would definitely want to come there back again.
