Posizione centrale a solo 1 isolato dalla spiaggia, a 2 isolati dal cuore del quartiere dello shopping e dei ristoranti di Lincoln City ea breve distanza dal casinò (meno di 1 miglio). Cortile privato w / struttura del gioco, pozzo del fuoco e barbecue. Questa casa di lusso è dotata di servizi come forniture per cucinare per una cena di gruppo, giochi, puzzle, videogiochi e biliardino per intrattenere tutti.

Lo spazio:
La casa è dotata di letti super comodi - 2 letti king size, 3 letti queen size, 2 letti full size e 3 letti di dimensioni standard. Due camere hanno letti a castello (letti superiori per grandi bambini / adulti). C'è anche un materasso ad aria disponibile se necessario. La casa è disposta perfettamente per i gruppi con 2 ampi spazi di vita, ciascuno su un lato della casa e una grande cucina e sala da pranzo nel mezzo. 3 camere da letto si trovano su un'estremità della casa e le 2 camere da letto si trovano sull'altra estremità. La casa è una casa di livello singolo che rende questa casa molto anziana e adatta ai bambini.

Avrai la casa piena per te! Abbiamo una cucina completa di attrezzature da cucina per eventi speciali (Ringraziamento / Natale / 4 luglio /). La casa è piena di oggetti per farti divertire come dozzine di puzzle, giochi, videogiochi, TV via cavo, Wi-Fi, calcio balilla, freccette e poker. Quando non sei in spiaggia, il cortile è perfetto per rilassarsi al sole, seduto vicino al pozzo del fuoco o in un barbecue sul retro. I bambini hanno una struttura di gioco per divertirsi e un sacco di spazio per correre. La casa è attrezzata per bambini / neonati con un letto a pacco e gioco, sedia a dondolo, giocattoli, puzzle per bambini, libri e giochi. Giocattoli da spiaggia, teli mare e sedie a sdraio inclusi!

Posizione perfetta per le vostre vacanze a Lincoln City. A piedi dalla spiaggia: 1 isolato dalla spiaggia e 3 isolati dall'accesso alla spiaggia (5 minuti a piedi e i piedi sono nella sabbia). Four generation family vacation

House was clean, close to the beach, well equipped, and had a perfect layout for our family.Kids could hang out in the game- family room- while older family members could watch movies in the other living room. Kids also loved the playground in the back along with the fire pit for roasting hotdogs and marshmallows.We had fun game nights, around the large dining room table and enjoyed great meals prepared in the nice kitchen.

Family Fun

We had a great stay at this location. Even though there is no view of thr beach, the proximity was ideal. Also having actual beds for all our family was really nice. The one thing we think would enhance the property is a hot tub.

Weekend with family

The place was easy to find and the beach was not to far to get to. Rooms were nice and roomy, yard was great for my grandchildren. Parking only allows 5 cars so if you have more people ,they have to park across the street.

There's no place like (a) home

The whole house was perfect for us inside and out! Easy to find and get around town. We had 8 adults, a ten, an almost 4, and a 1 year old toddler. The open floor plan made it easy to communicate and see from the living room to kitchen to dining area. Bathrooms were conveniently located near bedrooms and living areas and were well stocked with towels, TP, and handsoap. Full and well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, detergent, and outdoor play structure with a fenced yard made it feel like home. Large movie & game selections, and beach toys made less to pack from home. The beach access was within walking distance. We went every evening. We couldn't find the remote to one bedroom TV and another wasn't connected to anything but by the time we got tucked in, it was time to sleep anyway. I hope to vacation here again. We all loved it! Thank you for sharing your home.

Ideal Family Vacation Home

This home has a fantastic layout with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. The backyard is a big bonus for anyone staying with young children. The play set was a hit! Plus a short walk to the beach!

Red Hats Retreat

We have stayed at this beautiful home 2 year’s ago. This house is clean, well stocked and the layout works for us. We used the grill this trip. Worked great and easy to use. We had 9 ladies and it was very spaciest. The Tv in the game room didn’t work. May want to check that out. I wasn’t a big deal but forgot to leave a note about it. I highly recommend this home. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home with us.

Great location!

Daughter's wedding

We had 12 people staying, and there were more beds. The indoors and outdoors were perfect for us and other family and friends that dropped in. Easy walk to the beach, kitchen is stocked with everything you need.

Perfect for the family!

We rented this property for our family with 4 kids, so that each kid could have their own room. The three girls all ended up in a bunk room so we had two empty rooms! The house being organized into two wings (bunk rooms on one side & three other rooms on the other) was very comfortable. The master with the attached bathroom has its own slider to the backyard. Keeping the door open and the screen shut made for a nice night breeze. Two other families, staying at Pelican Shores, would walk over for dinner. We all had plenty of seating and room to move around and spread out. The back yard was great for all the ages, 14-1, and we all enjoyed the fire pit. The home is so comfortable and well stocked. We have everything we needed and then some. So many dishes, spices, pots & pans, and games!! Very clean and very welcoming. The beach is a short walk away. When we got back to the house could leave all our sandy things on the gated front patio and hose off before going inside! Would definitely stay again!

Want to give it 5 stars but…

…it really feels like the owners don’t care about the property. The front bedroom’s mattress is completely shot (unless you like to roll to the middle - not great for a handicapped person). The kitchen utensils are worn, mismatched and really lacking. The skillets are worn to an unsafe level (damaged Teflon). The fridge door sounded like it was going to fall off when opened. 2 of the 3 toilets rocked and we had to fix one our first night because it wouldn’t stop running. Screen door on the master couldn’t be opened without falling off. Curtains in the master were missing the screws that keep the rod in place so the rod would separate when opening them. The shower in the master is gross. The TVs in the master and front room are old and barely operable (VERY slow and almost impossible to use). Multiple areas hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time (large hair balls on carpets). The carpets are old and flipped at the corners so BIG tripping hazards. The closets were mostly inoperable (couldn’t be opened due to old doors and furniture in the way). The lower rack of the dishwasher didn’t seem to fit and fell off the tracks every time. The kitchen faucet was broken. The hot water is EXTREMELY HOT for a house built for families. The play structure was AWESOME however, the yard is barely maintained. Weeds in the brick paths, dead or overgrown plants, etc. The owner failed to notify us when garbage pickup was (the cans were full when we arrived) or when yard maintenance came (we were all napping and awoken by blowers and trimmers). Several notes about replacing the fire pit lid prior to leaving - there was no lid and the pit was filled with broken skewers). The outdoor “toys” were broken and old (broken pickle ball rackets, deflated basketballs, broken kites). The BBQ needs to go to the dump asap before it starts a fire. The bottom is literally gone so you’re dripping grease on the ground if you use it. The house is a GREAT layout for large groups. Separate “kids” wing, lots of beds, game room and play structure. However the lack of care by the owners means we will look elsewhere for our next trip. Major bummer.

Family Reunion

This home was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. There was a family room area that could be shut off when video games and noisy activities were happening so the other part of the house was quiet for those taking naps. All ages played in the back yard space and we enjoyed the fire pit. The location was great for the beach, shopping and sight seeing. We had plenty of room to hang clothes and put suitcases. Parking was easy to get in and out of for our 5 cars without juggling them. Even the front porch was a great place to sit and rock. Our hostess was easy to contact. We would definitely consider renting it again.

Our first Coastal Christmas!

Our family of 15 enjoyed our first Christmas at the coast in the lovely Sandy Ranch home. We loved the layout of the home with good spaces for being together for Christmas with enough beds and bathrooms for our large family group. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans so we could create out traditional holiday foods. We enjoyed short walks to the beach and easy access to a local grocery store. It was peaceful and magical when snow fell unexpectedly during our stay! The gas fireplace added warmth and ambiance. The Foosball game, puzzles, video gaming unit, DVDs, and multiple TVs were a nice bonus. We're looking forward to another booking in the future! 😊❄🎄
