“I had reserved 5 rooms and I was traveling with 5 disabled people and we were all on the 3 floor; which was great until we realized that the elevator was broken and we couldn’t get down to the first floor. Therefore, I spent the whole trip going down to the second floor then taking the stairs from the second floor to the first floor running over to the elevator so I could bring my family down which was super inconvenient. “ Everything is old and well worn in the unit twenty five. There is not enough utensils for 4 people. It has a great view but the balcony connects the whole floor so you can’t leave your slider open at night to hear ocean and sometimes little kids like to run the length of balcony so they are running past your room. ”
