    The Space:

    There is no better getaway to take the whole family to than this beautiful Lincoln City home! Boasting partial views of the blue water of the Pacific Ocean, a private hot tub, and a spacious interior, returning to home base after a beach day will be a treat. Before heading out to explore the area, step out to one of the two covered balconies with a cup of coffee in hand and breathe in that salty air. Fueling up with a delicious breakfast will be a breeze, as the fully equipped kitchen is complete with all of the appliances of home and a family-style table awaits in the dining area to gather for meals! After exciting days, enjoy a long soak in the private hot tub or grab some alone time as you draw a bath in the jetted master tub. Plus, everyone will stay entertained with free WiFi and multiple flatscreen TVs. Don't worry about not getting a bit of work done while away, as there is high-speed WiFi for catching up on emails or jumping into a Zoom meeting with ease!



    What's nearby:

    Across the street from the sand and a few blocks from the Oregon Coast Highway, this coastal gem sits in an ideal location to easily experience the best of Lincoln City. Wake up early and collect a few shells on a morning walk along with shore with your pup. For a bit more action, head into town and check out some of the local shops, restaurants, and cafes that make this town special. Not to mention, sunny days can be spent at Devil's Lake or on one of the various trailheads that wind through the greenery of the area.

Very conveniently located house right next to the casino and Safeway. Great waterfront views and a ton of space in the house for 6 adults to comfortably have their own bathrooms and rooms. Very attentive host and just overall a really relaxing trip.

Fantastic house.

We have stayed in Lincoln City for over 15 years and each year we rent a different house. This house was by far the best we have ever stayed in. All the bedrooms had their own bathrooms and the large kitchen/living room combo was great for playing games and hanging out together. I would definitely stay her again.

Excellent beach vacation

Fantastic house and location. Spacious, clean and well-stocked. Pinball machines and other games a huge bonus for families with kids. Easy access to the beach, great sunset views and overall super-pleasant. Will almost certainly return.

This was an awesome house for our family. Huge table that fit everyone at the same time! Huge win! Kids LOVED the pinball and video games. Easy walk to the beach.

House worked for our family. The walk to the beach wasnt far, which we liked. The kids liked the beach toys they had in the garage. The jetted bath tub in the master bedroom fills up really slow. The hot tub water looked cloudy.

My family & I loved it! Def recommend it for a big family, get away trip!

We enjoyed our stay, didn’t want to leave! Just the space in the house, showers in all the rooms, big kitchen space, dining table & speakers in the ceiling! The owner def knows how to party! Loved the two living rooms, games to play, can go on and on! And can even walk to the beach & the view from the house was amazing!

Thanksgiving break

Was a great time! Plenty of room in the house for all of us (13 total). Driveway is steep but we were able to park in it fine. Those that stayed downstairs did say the room was cold and didn’t seem to have heat controls. We would stay here again.

Property was clean and in perfect condition. Each room has its own restroom and there is plenty of space. Love the pac-man game. The beach near by is really nice and it’s just a short walk away. Sunset view is amazing from the top floor. I’m looking forward to come back to this house in the future.

Every bedroom had their own private bathroom!

Great location with amazing ocean views from each level. Perfect for the 9 adults in our family. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Nice new appliances that worked well. Well stocked kitchen, we had everything we needed to fix meals. Short walk to the beach. Private hot tub. I highly recommend this home for a large family!

Great house at a great location

The house was wonderful. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean and comfortable. The only issue was stairs (which we knew going in). For those who have trouble with stairs, this is not the house you want unless you want to plant yourself on one floor. The views were great.

Loved this house for our family and to entertain the whole gathering of extended family.

Great property beautiful home. Could have used more kitchen towels, steps vacuumed, dishwasher silverware rack needs replaced and backyard could have been weeded and dead plant palms cleaned up. Bed on the main floor is soon in need of a mattress. Everything else was great and I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

Family Vaca

This was the perfect house! Kitchen is large, and well stocked. We cooked every meal! With 4 king rooms, all with bathrooms, everyone had their space when needed. The common areas were so comfortable, and had such beautiful views! One thing that I didn’t realize is the bunk room is attached to one of the king Suites. You have to go through the bunk room to get to the bedroom. It worked perfect for us, as we had parent/children in those rooms!

I GAVE THIS HOME 5 STARS BECAUSE IT IS AN AWESOME HOUSE WITH VIEWS THAT ARE EVEN BETTER THAN THE PICTURES SHOW. THE KITCHEN IS AMAZING WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND IS NICE & LARGE. THERE ARE SO MANY GAMES FOR THE ADULTS & KIDS. IT IS REALLY A WONDERFUL HOUSE AND WE WOULD RENT AGAIN. THE ONLY THING IS YOU ARE PAYING A HEFTY CLEANING FEE AND THE FURNITURE HAS NOT BEEN DUSTED IN AWHILE.I ALSO REACHED OUT TO MANAGEMENT REGARDING A COUPLE THINGS AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME HOWEVER NOBODY EVER DID.

Family vacation

Overall, had a great time. The house is large with lots of space. The oven wasn't working but they repaired it by the way. It was missing a hair dryer but they delivered one right away. The house could use a deep cleaning, windows were very dirty. Enjoy the free arcade games throughout the house. The bunk room downstairs as 3 arcade games. Easy close, walk to the beach. Casino and Safeway work close. Overall we had a great family get together. Would come back again

Great View

The house had a wonderful view and very easy access to the beach. The games were an amazing addition. The house was not clean though. We showed up and there was a load of laundry in the wash and in the dryer. The dishwasher was full, there was dirt all over the floors and couches. The house really needs to be cleaned better or needs to be deep cleaned once a month or so.
