Snowy Weekend

this was the first time we saw it snow on the coast and watch the beach turn white. it was beautiful! the property was clean, well maintained, and was comfortable. We had no need to contact management about anything! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Good but very dated

Everything worked except for the shower pressure. Very dated. No new furnishing since circa 1990. Good basic lodging but not worth the rate.

Totally okay place to stay

The room was fine and the bed was actually pretty comfortable. Way better pillows than you usually get at a hotel. The room is old and kinda gross. Really needs a cheap version of a remodel. The cable didn’t work but I brought my PS5 so I just used that for entertainment so the cable didn’t really matter. All in all, not horrible for one person for a getaway weekend. Wouldn’t be great for a couple or family.

Best Location Ever!

Beds were comfortable and condo had a stunning a view. Check in was difficult because I was sent the wrong code. Thankfully, someone answered the phone after 4:00 P.M and gave me the correct #. I didn’t realize it's on the 3rd floor- no elevator.

Properties heater controls did not work properly. So it’s hard to be comfortable. One single remote

No ironing board. Kitchen sink faucet did not work very well. Was highly disappointed in the quality of the condo. Window latches did not work properly also.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space was comfortable. The carpet was stained from spills. One window screen was torn. All around the unit could really use an upgrade, but if that doesn't bother you it's wonderful and the view is amazing. The WIFI was also not working and when calling the customer service number, they blamed it on the hotel. I think adding a sleeper sofa would be better than the dining table.

There were defiantly some issues. Heat did not work and the heaters that were brought to us continued to kick the breakers. There is a tile between the kitchen and living room that is loose and cracked and needs to be addressed. The family next to us was like a herd of elephants and left the hallway a mess and were very disruptive. Also we just had your next tenant walk in while we were getting ready !!!! Besides this the place was ok for the price.

Too difficult to prove identity credentials. Can’t really figure out why more than a credit card is needed. This was a huge hassle. There was a kitchen but only 3 forks! Two bowls and one wine glass. That’s just crazy.

I would come again. Beautiful scenery and the place was amazing with ocean view. We all enjoyed our time here. My granddaughters from Alaska were here with grandma and it was a great time and treasured memory!!

We found dirty wash clothes in the shower and the ceiling fan had an inch of dust and dirt caked to the fan blades and lights. The rest of the room was clean. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with dishes the only thing missing was a dish washer.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a restful stay. However when in bed we looked up at the ceiling fan and cringed at the dirt on the fan blades. Fortunately we didn't turn it on to spread the dirt. Also one of the bathrooms didn't have a usable bath/shower. There was no heat in the living area and had to use the heat from the bedroom, hoping that the heat would filter in from the bedroom. Other than that the condominium was clean.

The second bathroom shower bath was unusable, the furniture broke the first time I sat down in the chair, the lamp shade above the bed disintegrated in my hand when I touched it. The bed skirt was visibly stained/dirty. On another chair the caster was broken and unusable. The TV was very hard to figure out which of the 3 remotes even turned it on.

Obviously some are nicer than others, but never have we rented a place like this. I have never seen a livable space with carpet like was in this unit. Everything in the bathroom is molded or rusted or both. The dining room table, obviously came from an 80's yard sale, and the bed felt as if it had been run over by a semi.And.... The internet flat out did not work. When I called upon our arrival Friday, the lady that I called was extremely rude and unhelpful. Said she would "put in a ticket" and hung up on me, never to be heard from again, so we had to hotspot our phones the whole weekend. I am not sure if management has changed, but I will be thinking long and hard before visiting again. This was the worst rental experience we have ever had.

Cleanliness

We enjoyed the room especially for the price. The only thing we didn’t like was how yucky and sticky the carpet was. It looked like someone had a party and dumped stuff all over the carpet. We had to wear shoes the whole time. And the nightstands by the bed had sticky circles from spilt drinks that didn’t get cleaned up. And tons of dust. The view is AMAZING. Everything else was great!

Nice ocean view and beach access

The space was nice with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. However it all seemed very run down and dirty. Needs new carpet and a deep cleaning.
