Return of the Jetty - Ground Floor - Oceanfront Condo

Return of the Jetty is a newly remodeled ground floor unit that sleeps four. This beautiful one bedroom one bathroom condo has a fully stocked kitchen with brand new memory foam king mattress to make your sleep a truly restful experience. This unit also features not one but two brand new 55 inch smart tv's. This unit has an amazing ocean view and has a awesome balcony with chairs to relax in. This unit has access to our amazing amenities including our heated pool, game room, and laundry facilities.

Heads up! A large-scale construction project is kicking off in August 2025 at Surftides Plaza. Expect daytime noise, visible crews, and general disruptions throughout the property. If you're looking for a peaceful daytime retreat, this likely won't be the right fit at this time.

Perfect location and family get away!

Great space accommodations for our four piece and family dog to enjoy a family get away to the beach! Excellent beach access and a little dog walking park just a block away. It was a great location to the pool and game room offered. Bring quarters and laundry soap if you plan on needing to perform laundry duties!

Close to beach

We really like this place. It’s very close to the beach. You just have to go around the building and down about 10 steps or so. The view is still good even from the first floor. This room is right across from the exit of the pool. The only issue is that the floor has some unevenness especially in the bedroom.

Return of the Jetty was a great working escape.

Waking up and having close entry to the ocean, having coffee on the balcony listening to waves crash, watching exceptional light shows every sunset... It was great. The pool/hot tub are close and the shower water gets hot hot hot. Just what was needed after a very trying holiday season and rough start to 2025.

Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The room itself could have been cleaner. There was human hair on the bedsheets and there was dried blood in the shower. I feel like had these areas been cleaned, it would have been taken care of by the staff. The view was excellent and right across from the pool, which was convenient.

Great Stay Near the Beach

This condo was perfect for our stay. Our only negative was that the floors were a little dirty and the couch had some stains but it wasn't something that truly affected our stay. We would stay at this location again during our next visit.

disappointment

Internet pics made inside appealing,however couch and chairs very uncomfortable. Pool/hot tub not working. Micro/coffe maker not clean. Poor insulation sounds next door felt like inside our side.I would not recommend

Beachside bliss

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed such as cooking supplies, beach towels and toiletries. We appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and the comfortable bed. The location was fantastic and we could hear the ocean waves from the balcony. The hot tub and ping pong table were a bonus in the clean community center. Our dog loved her stay too.

A pleasant place, but some issues

The location was excellent, but there were the following problems: 1. The shower curtain was way to large for the bath tub. As a result, about half of the tub was taken up by the shower curtain that bunched up at the bottom of the tub. An incredible liability issue because of danger of slipping. Particularly because there are no grab bars in the shower/bath. 2. The supply of cutlery was very low -- only a few spoons and forks. Not enough for a family of more than 2 people, unless you want to wash spoons and forks before every meal. 3. The keyless entry system was challenging. It usually took several attempts before it actually worked. Then, on the second day of our stay our combination didn't work. We called the emergency number, and were very promptly helped to get in. Not a problem for 2 retired people, but a family with young children would be very inconvencied.

It was good

It was a good place to stay. We were really close to the beach which was awesome! Only downfall is that the walls are paper thin… This condo is right next to the office and I could here people talking in the office, and I also could here people in the condo next to us. Also, the people upstairs were very loud. The other thing was that our patio door did not lock. The space was pretty clean, but noticed on the side of the couch there was a couple dead bugs… Other than that it was a good location and good place to stay/sleep.

Clean and comfortable condo. Easy check in. Liked it. Comfy bed. Good enough sofa and chairs. Furnishings are IKEA level and some of the finishes are failing. Nice view. Beach access a few minutes walk north or south. More room than a hotel. Dumb faucet for a bathroom sink. We enjoyed our stay of 2 nights. First VRBO experience and first stay in Lincoln City.

Amazing!

Incredible property! The sound of the ocean was enjoyed with the view of the ocean! It’s updated and so fun in decor. Perfect location, close to restaurants and groceries. We brought our dog and the registration process didn’t have a place to mark we were bringing him… lots of confusion! And the owner was so gracious and believed us and didn’t penalize us. We will absolutely return!
