The Space:

Just blocks away from seven miles of beachfront, this hotel-style room for two also lets you enjoy the nearby movie theater and plenty of shopping and dining. A private balcony means lazy days in can have a great view too!



This room's main room serves as both living room and bedroom, with a luxurious queen-size bed. Enjoy fresh air on the balcony, cable on the flatscreen TV, and music streaming on the WiFi by day, and soothing sleep at night. For a small nightly fee, your beloved dogs can join you!

Check-in was very easy if you follow the instructions. The room was very comfortable and clean. There was a coffee maker(coffee,sugar and creamer was supplied), a microwave and fridge. No cooking facilities. Also no ice so you need to bring your own. We had a nice view of the ocean and would probably stay there again as the price was very reasonable

I mean - it was good for what it was… but there needs to be some better complimentary items - creams and maybe some plastic cutlery. Also, it would be nice to have quiet hours. We were constantly woken up by children slamming doors, running up and down while yelling. The neighboring room sat out and loudly talked of nonsense. It was 11pm!!!!! Common courtesy would go a long way.

The view from the room was beautiful, a lot of parking. Short walk distance from room to beach. It’s has basic appliances to stay for the weekend (fridge, microwave, coffe maker, tv). It doesn’t have any dishes or cups, so bring your owns. I’m disappointed about cleaning of the bed quilt. It had some suspicious stains . The property company that manages the place are fast and responsive via call or message . There is no local staff available after hours. I called saying the tv remote didn’t have working batteries, they told me there wasn’t a person available to bring me a new ones, I can go to the store get some and I can take them home. When I text also at night about finding the quilt stains (maybe old washes blood look like) the company immediately answer requesting photos and see if someone can bring me a clean one. The place is nice, but definitely local staff need to step up their game

The view here is amazing! The room is perfect place to lay your head after being out and about all day. It’s a very minimal room, but that’s what keeps the cost down. The communication and response from staff was great and they acted fast. They are still remodeling some parts and some could use some finishing, but We would stay again.

Cons: 10am check out time is way too early. No dresser, small closet to store your clothes. Only 1 night stand. Pros. Quiet, dog friendly, decent beach access, gorgeous view, close to local dining and shops.

the location is excellent! and the view is spectacular! the sound of the waves, priceless!

nice! Could use a little deeper cleaning. But overall, good and we would stay again at this property! We have in the past and will be back again! We had a couple of different heavy footed neighbors, but that can happen anywhere!

View is incredible- mattress is awful

The view is beautiful and you can hear the ocean. The bed was rock hard and the bed linens reeked of body odor. Both should be replaced. I love this little condo but would not stay again due to the shape my back is in after multiple nights on that bed and I bought my own linens and pillows and used them during my stay. Bummer because the location is perfect.

Absolutely beautiful view and was a great place! Loved it! Will be back!

Went for a mini vacation and just slept there pretty much. But I did have to contact the manager no one responded whatever. But 2 story’s above me was a rude jerk and was throwing gallons of water over the patio and garbage like he didn’t have one in his place. I was just annoyed cause it happened within hours of each other. I hate littering. But other then that is was great! And the bed was a rock but I can’t complain lol. Thanks for the stay. God bless!

Great view and location...horrible neighbors; walls are very thin

The view from the room and private balcony was amazing!!! You cannot put a price on the view or the proximity to the beach. The room was well stocked with lots of towels too!!! However; the people in the room directly above us were TERRIBLE. It sounded like they were moving furniture and dropping heavy items on the floor all night. We would finally fall asleep and they would be at it again. We did not sleep the ENTIRE time we were there. Also, since we had an end until with stairs attatched to the outside of our wall, kids would be running up and down all day; sounded like a heard of elephants in our room. Overall; besides the sleep deprivation, we were pleased with the location.

Beautiful View

Great property for a quick getaway. The only suggestion I would make is upgrading the mattresses. I would definitely use this property on a regular basis if the mattresses were a little more comfortable.

Solid getaway

Great place to get away for a long weekend. Even in winter, the waves, fireplace and proximity to breweries and restaurants was perfect. The view is even better than the pictures. A few basic repairs and this place would definitely be five stars: door handle hard to lock/unlock, bathroom exhaust fan is extremely loud, curtain rod is falling out, and the sink is tricky to stop dripping. Other than that, it was great!

Our only concern is the front door handle spears to be falling apart so we did not use that lock of the door and our faucet won't turn off completely it has a steady drip.

Great for a short stay

Fireplace great, bed was good, Microwave and frig a plus. No place to put your clothes. More than our hangers would have solved the problem. A lot of deferred maintenance. Carpet really needed cleaning.

Dirty and Horrible Bed!

This could be a great place but it was filthy and the bed felt like we were sleeping on box springs! It was so hard we spent one day of our trip at urgent care because of sciatica caused from the bed! We left a day early! This is the 2nd time a vrbo was not as described.. it’s very disappointing. Vacasa takes care of the property and they really need to take a look at properties to make sure they are cleaned. I have pictures but can’t figure out how to show them here. Trust me it’s gross.

Quick beach getaway

The view from 1-A is great. It looks like the higher in the alphabet you go, the worse the view since there are a lot of trees. The picture doesn’t show a nightstand which is good sized and super convenient. The balcony chairs are comfy. The unit gets lots of afternoon sun and the room was roasting when I checked in. Took a long time to cool it off. There is no fan. The walk to the beach is a little long but worth it. The movie theater is across the street which was a temptation but never found the time. I could see the ocean from the bed. Nice. Oh, but the bed is very hard but the pillows were awesome.
