We've stayed in many many places on a competing rental platform, this was our first time using this one...and found our experience lacking. No check in instructions provided by check in time. No one on property to assist. Spent 20 minutes (with kids who needed to pee) navigating through app and phone calls to finally get ahold of someone who could help. Got in building, noticed only 8 towels for 5 (confirmed) guests for a 5 day, 4 night stay. Washer and dryer locked up behind a half locked accordion door and not available to use but yet they provide 3 single use laundey detergents on kictchen counter? Weird. When I messaged asking for more towels as 8 was no where near enough, especially considering it is a beach condo housing children, I was told they only provide 1.5 towels per person per total stay...what? Gross. I had to open a Vrbo complaint before they finally brought a stack of 5 more, which we still struggled to make last as my boys were constantly at the beach playing. Bedsok. Not the best, not the worst we've experienced. We found the kitchen lacking. The only available measuring cup had ALL the markings rubbed off rendering it unusable for measuring. No waffle maker, had to buy our own. Pans in the cupboard were greasy and gross, had to wash most dishes before use. Overall, this place has potential to be great. Needs more guest friendly policies and procedures surrounding check in, cleaning, monitoring of condition of available items, etc.

Overall good, however issues such as no hair dryer, poor mattress in pink bedroom. No kleenex tissues. Lack of spoons, only three soup spoons.Great location & view!

Nice gathering place

The place was well-maintained and lots of room for our family of 6. Kitchen was well-stocked and beds were comfortable. We would stay again in the future.

Seltz bay condo

Great location. Enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the tide fill the bay. About 1/4 mile walk to the ocean and to watch the seals. Watched the fireworks from the porch for the 4th. Fit our family if 6 nicely. It could use some updating but we would stay there again.

Great Room, Relaxing Stay

My family had a really great time this weekend, very few issues with the room and they are very minor issues. Mattresses could be replaced (and one has a very loud plastic cover, the other just feels broken down) and several of the lights were burnt out. Also just a heads up to perspective renters, This unit is listed on multiple websites and some mention that it has an in unit washer and dryer for use, it does not they are located in a padlocked closet.

Girls coast getaway

Nice Condo! comfy beds and furniture, and the view was wonderful. Nice decor, and water pressure was great! We enjoyed the electric fireplace too. All around a very nice weekend was enjoyed. Good location too! we will stay again.

Our stay at this property was fine. Location was good, we liked being on the bay. We liked that there was an elevator and luggage carts to help move luggage from the parking lot to the unit. However at the price point, the property needs some attention. This unit needs some updating and modernizing. For the price we expected an overall nicer place. The bedroom in the front needs a new mattress, it is very uncomfortable, soft and noisy. The overall decor is dated and the slip covers on the furniture are ill fitting and dated. Due to the quality of the toilet paper, two rolls was in adequate for our 1 week stay and we could not find additional supplies. The fireplace timer needs to be fixed, it took 3 hrs for it to finally turn off and only after we tried a reset, did it finally turn off. However, if none of these things are important to you this is a great property and the views of the sunset were amazing.

Water's Edge #207

I love the Water'sEdge property.i have stayed in this condo before. COMPLAINTS: the bathroom tub drains horrible, had to use the plugger more than once....yuck. The washer was not working as there was water in it and no note to not use as broken The front bedroom bed is not good. Too crinkley. The dishwasher could have gotten the dishes cleaner. Wish there were more spoons and small bowls. I know there were baby birds, but what a mess!!!!!. Other than that our stay was great. A lot of money/fees. Thanks

In My Humble Opinion.....

We love this area. Taft is a great place to be located and Waters Edge has a great beach and easy access. With that said, unit 207 needs a little updating. The mattresses felt like they were severely worn out, especially in the bedroom closest to the bathroom. The comforters smelled like they hadn't been washed in a while. The towel bar in the bathroom is a hazard. I lifted my folded towel off of it after my shower and it came off, dropped to the floor and hit the top of my wifes bare foot. It needs to be fixed! The deck was covered in bird feces. They put netting over the bottom of the deck above so birds couldn't nest. But they needed to do something to keep it happening on the sprinkler head. In my humble opinion this unit should not be at the price point per night that is was.

Lovely

Great property, steps away from wonderful walk along the inlet and to the beach. Close to restaurants, art galleries, and grocery store. We never did figure out how to change the channel on the TV (user error I’m sure) and I missed that there was no hairdryer but that wasn’t a big deal. Very nice few days.

Property Manager

Not impressed when I started my laptop and could not get connected to the internet with information provided by the property manager. Called and she was very unhelpful. Informed me they were only in the office 14 more minutes. Could not help me on a Friday afternoon. I have my own business and needed to take care of stuff, since I had been traveling all day. Not sure that I would stay at this place again.

The property was very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, and a beautiful view of the bay. Had all extras we were needing to enjoy a happy new years eve. Parking was excellent and the rolling dollies to get all our gear up to the room was very helpful. Our family enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again this summer.

Relaxing weekend

The condo was great! Very close to several restaurants, coffee shops, & a grocery store. The view of the bay is great, it was nice to see the tide going in and out. The living space is a little tight but it was fine for the 4 of us to relax and play games. We would definitely stay here again.

What a view!

Lovely stay at this condo! It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Very clean and tidy. The view is excellent and the location is great - it's within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. It felt very safe and was super quiet at night. We had a really great stay and would stay there again if we are ever in that area on vacation. Thanks!

Nice end of summer getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view was excellent and we had everything we needed to stay safe during the pandemic by cooking our own meals and it was easy to distance outside. This property has excellent access to the bay front and you can also access the beach.
