    The Space:

    Wake up every single day to the soothing sound of the crashing waves and leave all of your worries behind at this two-story, dog-friendly home! The main living space can be found on the first level of the home, whereas the three bedrooms are all located upstairs to provide more privacy. The living room offers panoramic views of the ocean and all the comfortable furniture to spend a relaxing time watching the waves crashing into the distance. Snuggle up on the sofa, turn on the flatscreen Smart TV, and catch up on your favorite series while the gas fireplace warms up the space in the blink of an eye.



    The kitchen/dining area also offers incredible water views and if you'd like to take a closer look, you might as well use the telescope available. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is also a convenient breakfast table that seats three people, perfect for quick meals on the go, but for a more formal setting, the dining table can seat up to six people. This level also features a half bathroom near the main entrance.



    The three bedrooms available can be found upstairs along with two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has its own oceanfront balcony, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, and ensuite full bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms also have a flatscreen TV, and the guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo.



    What's nearby:

    You'll enjoy a prime oceanfront location and less than a mile away from the public beach access. The heart of Lincoln City is mere blocks away, offering great restaurants, Lincoln City Outlets, Agnes Creek Open Space, Agnes Creek Trailhead, and so much more! Devil's Lake (two and a half miles) offers fishing, canoeing, windsurfing, and jet skis (rentals available), or take a surfing lesson on the beach at Safari Town Surf.

Clean, upgraded house with a beautiful beach view. My wife and I stayed here with our two young kids and two dogs and had a great time. Short 5-minute walk to the beach. No complaints - would definitely stay here again.

Directions were easy and had no problem finding house. It was very welcoming and the ocean view was beautiful. Your furnishings were comfortable and made us feel like we were at home. The drive way was a little challenging but we made it. We would stay here again! :) Thanks for a Great week!

The views are amazing. Plenty of room. Fireplace was nice. Beds are comfortable. Close beach access. The Pots and pans are tired and should be replaced. The Bathroom TP was a little below budget

Lovely, cozy home

This house was so cute, comfortable and cozy! Absolutely loved everything about it! (Except the steep driveway) The views were great and it was exceptionally clean!! I’d love to come back!

Beautiful Views!

This is a lovely house right above the beach! We enjoyed views of the ocean from downstairs and upstairs, and were very pleased with how clean and comfortable the house was.

Awesome property

This place was beautiful and had everything we needed. Great layout inside house for everyone to enjoy. The bedrooms were beautiful and everything was very clean. The view was stunning. Will definitely try to book this property again.

The home was great, with its views. I felt misleading regards to "beach access". It's on a cliff! I had to drive to have any access. The steep roads, hills, made it difficult to just "stroll" a few minutes to the beach. The windows and countertops were left with streaks and spots, like a dirty rag was briefly swiped over them. The yard was overgrown, with weeds and poking through the deck, at least 2 feet high. Some of those, according to research are poisonous to dogs. I have never left a review before, but felt for 1500 for 3 nights, the place should have been cleaned and mowed properly. I will not rebook this place, and wouldn't recommend it.

Great vacation

Not only was the house clean, it was perfect for us! The view was absolutely incredible. We did lose a dark blue water bottle, but other than that it was the perfect vacation!

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful panoramic view from the deck and upstairs. Light , open and spacious.! We cooked in, kitchen was fairly well stocked. Very quiet and relaxing.. Comfortable beds and chairs, both for inside and on the deck.

A please to remember.

Walked in the door to a stunning view of the beautiful Central Oregon Coast. The house is amazing, well equipped and comfortable all around. On our last day we were graced to a gorgeous deer [doe] in our backyard while we ate breakfast and enjoy the sunny morning. Well worth the trip for sure.

Beautiful views

The home was great. The views fantastic. The house was clean. Beds were very soft so a bit uncomfortable for a bad back. The driveway is sloped and hard to navigate for elderly relatives.
