The Space:

The romantic getaway of a lifetime awaits in this reasonably priced dog-friendly studio in Lincoln City, boasting nearby beach access, ocean views, and some of the best attractions in the Northern Coast of Oregon.



This Sandstone Point property condo for two is just a few blocks from seven miles of beachfront, with the sea visible right from your private balcony. There's also plenty of shopping and dining just a quick drive away! Because it's an upper-level condo, please be prepared to climb one flight of stairs to reach your rental.



Enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of this budget-friendly studio, with the living area doubling as the bedroom thanks to the spacious queen-size bed. Take in some fresh air on the balcony and try entertainment like flatscreen cable TV or WiFi. For a small nightly fee, your canine companions can come along too!



Have a great date night at one of Lincoln City's many restaurants, then use the microwave and mini-fridge to heat and preserve the leftovers! The check in process was very easy. No issues with host. Neighbor dogs and kids kept barking and yelling. You can hear all upstairs noises. The room was not clean and was dusty and dirty. Dead bug by the sink and lots of chipped paint on walls and dirty base boards.

Solid Budget-friendly Stay

An acceptable stay for the price. View was beautiful, and room was easy to access. It was a bit dated, the front door got stuck and the floors could’ve used another cleaning. Overall, a nice stay in a good location, quiet area, and solid amenities.

Overall fine

The view was wonderful— there was no ac and a dirty blanket on our bed though when we first got there. Our coffee maker also didn’t work and the shower didn’t drain. However, the property manager fixed everything the next day. Overall, opening the window at night cooled the place down a lot and made it more worth it. It was a little grimy.

The room wasn’t bad itself it’s perfect for two. Just the cleanliness was not great. There was dog hair all over and I don’t think it was properly cleaned. I started sweeping and just felt like the pet hair was none ending.

Not very specific.

I book this vacation for my husband and I as he has just come back from a deployment overseas. When we arrived the room was not the one I thought we booked. We booked for 7 days, with the mindset of being able to cook and have coffee in our room. but we got a one-bed NO BEDROOM & NO kitchen or laundry units too. I called to see if we could upgrade (willing to pay extra) but the lady on the phone said "You've already checked in NOTHING WE CAN DO" so we decided to just go with what we got thinking it was my mistake. then the bed was awful, the sheet & towels smelled off, and it was so hot in our room we were so upset at night not being able to sleep very well. we will NOT stay here again due to the unwillingness to accommodate something more for us.

No cable TV THE ENTIRE TIME

The residents above us were extremely noisy pounding feet on floor all night we did not get much sleep. Dog barking on the deck below us, cigarette smoker next door on the deck made it difficult to have our door open or enjoy the deck.

This is just a basic place to lay your head. The view is lovely, but the ocean's roar is just that: a roar. Hard for me to sleep. Also, this is not a safe walking stretch of Hwy 101. I'm a walker. If you're a drive-everywhere person, then you'll enjoy this room.

Good for the price!

We stayed here for a couple nights, and left a day early, lincoln city is not the most dog friendly place, other than “hole in the wall” places were there are some sketchy people. But property was great for the ocean!
