The Space:

Enjoy your next Oregon Coast escape looking out over the Siletz Bay to the Pacific Ocean. At this bayfront newly remodeled home just south of Lincoln City, you have direct access to the bay from the backyard. Watch the wildlife from the back deck while you BBQ, or dig for some fresh clams yourself from the bay. Comfortable furnishings, new smart tvs with multiple streaming apps to enjoy, an open kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a lovely dining area make up the interior of this charming home!



Numerous restaurant options are just a short drive from this home, along with groceries and other necessities. The new Pelican Brewery (a great place to eat and enjoy some of their fine brews) is just a short walk down the beach from the back deck of the house. Lincoln City Outlet shopping, the Chinook Winds Casino & Convention Center is 6.5 miles, and more are a bit farther north into the heart of Lincoln City. Head a few miles south to get a round of golf in or a spa day at Salishan Resort. Explore Devil's Lake State Recreation Area, D River State Park/Roads End State Recreation Site, Or take a short walk east of the home for a hike in the Cutler City Wetlands Open Space.

There was a interesting smell when we first opened the front door, i did not notice it later after initial entry.. Both toilets ran most of the time non stop. Dirty sox fond in mailn bedroom . But good family time spent together ,beautiful views..

the back deck house and yard area need help very unpleasant to sit back there on dollar store flimsy dirty chairs for the price we paid, very dirty table as well the yard was overgrown and the house needs to be painted in the back

Great comfortable home. Quiet and peaceful. We were locked out for 1 1/2 hours after returning from our day on Saturday. We had a very difficult time getting someone on the phone to help. 3 different phone numbers and by text also. Just frustrating.

Great together space

Great layout for hanging out all together. Big kitchen, big table. Seating for 5 in the living room, but you can bring chairs over. Comfortable beds, very clean. Decor was light and airy, very welcoming. Great location right on the bay, close to Pelican Brewpub. Quiet neighborhood. Huge decked area for outdoor hanging out. This would be great for smaller kids. 10/10 would recommend.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed the bay view, crabbing, beach walking and going to various stores and restaurants in the area. The home is nicely laid out and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need. Upstairs bathroom could use a thorough cleaning. Overall, we enjoyed the house and the great neighbors!

Stinks

The house has a smell to it. It was coming from the couch upstairs in one of the bedrooms, we had to have the windows open The beds are super uncomfortable & need replaced, there should be a tv in all the bedrooms The carpet is tore up, going up the stairs. The oven does not work, stove top did work. Price didnt match the price.. In its current condition i will not stay here again nor recommend to others, which is sad because its a quiet place to stay & so close to the beach

Cute little house, great location

Great stay! Easy beach access straight from property. Clean comfortable home with everything you need. Plenty of kitchen supplies if you want to cook. Extra blankets and sheets for the beds and onsite washer and dryer. We would absolutely stay again ❤️

Great Getaway

The accommodation was just as advertised, facility was comfortable and visually pleasing, with glass across the lower level allowing wide view of the bay. Best of all, location, location, location. A short easy walk takes you straight from the deck to the sand. Great place for anyone who wants a walk on the beach, not too far for the elders or the little ones.

Great location, broken house

This house would be a top 10 if the house was fixed up. The only full bath had an unusable shower. Literally, if you started the water and pulled the lever to start the shower the pipe would pop off and water would spray everywhere. Using the small bath for 5 of us for 5 days = not fun. Add to that there was mold on the ceiling and the flooring was peeling and discolored. In the kitchen, the stove only had two working burners. The BBQ had 1/2 a working burner. Outside there were cigarette butts littered on the deck. The location and view was incredible. Just wish the house matched the experience.

Friendly cozy beach house

A great place to stay for a long weekend or more. The house has a lived-in feel; as if you are staying in a friend’s beach house. This dog friendly home has a few stains on the carpet and some wear and tear. The faucet in the tub dislodged when we turned it on and the dishwasher leaked when we used it. We’re an easy going bunch so we laughed it all off. The appliances and fixtures needed a gentle touch, but the house was comfortable and it was easy to make ourselves at home. The neighborhood is nice, clean, and quiet. There are lots of people walking their dogs at all hours of the day and night, many of them are off-leash. There is a hill that blocks the view of the public walking trail, but unfortunately it also blocks the view of the Sandy beach area. Even so, you can look out at the horizon for a beautiful view of the sunset or sit on the very large back deck for a cup of coffee in the late morning sun before the wind picks up. The laundry machine and dryer, as well as the fully stocked kitchen convinced us that this is the way we need to vacation from now on. No more cramped hotel rooms for us! We are beach house people now!

Love the big windows and easy access to the beach

We loved our stay and enjoyed all the big windows to see out to the bay. Sunsets were so beautiful to watch on the bench on the hill right before the beach. We had our dog with us and he loved digging for clams and having so much space to run. It was not crowded and was pretty private beach. The tide was out most of the day so you had to walk a distance to the water or drive up to the ocean. It is not far from the outlets or ice cream! The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans to make meals. Plenty of towels for the 4 of us in the 5 night stay. Played a few of the games on the shelf. Tv is a little small and hard to see during the daylight. When we arrived the carbon monoxide was beeping and they called right away after I messaged them and replaced it the next day since we got there after the stores were closed. Very friendly service! The house is a little out dated in bathrooms but overall is still very charming.

Read reviews before booking!

I normally read reviews before booking but when trying to find a place that takes pets there’s not many options. The good: good beach access with very few people The bad: furniture is extremely worn, soiled and uncomfortable. The TV in the living room is too small for the area. The beds are VERY uncomfortable. The carpet is soiled everywhere with who knows what. Dishwasher top rack broken. Back deck furniture broken, hose for rinsing off without a nozzle. No yard to speak of really for dogs to go potty. They charge $20 a day per dog. I felt like they should of paid me to stay there. Price should reflect the conditions.

I enjoyed the house and its location. It is comfortable, quiet and conveniently located. I didnt like being texted saying my dogs were too loud and bother my neighbors....my dogs and I were at the beach 30 minutes away. The hard floors had a wax or something on them that made to extremely slippery and not easy to walk on. I fell once and almost slipped 5-6 times.

Vacation from Hell

I would not rent this property again until they use a different property manager. The first night we were there we lost power to the house due to the fires. Lincoln City had declared a state of emergency, had hazardous air quality, and had started to evacuate the town. Obviously we could not stay there and had to leave and they would not refund us our money. It is the worst custom service I have ever received.
