Cottage a Lincoln

“The person who checked us in was very nice. The experience from there went south. The elevator was not working and we had lug stuff up to the third floor. The pool was also closed and out of order. Then to top it off, every one of the ice machines on each floor, out of order. The room had a weird smell, like stale cigarettes when we first walked in. We woke up the next morning to find an ant infestation. They were all over a cup of lemonade we left in the table. We also found a few in our beds....

“Clerk did not inform us that you needed to use a power switch at the front door to use the TV and we couldn't use the phone system it wouldn't call to the front desk so I had to walk to the front desk to take care of issue. The toilet seat also was broken it wasn't attached on one side and the seat was too big for the toilet”

“The staff was very nice. It’s lovely they allow dogs. The property needs some work, the room itself was not great The beds were incredibly lumpy and in need of upgrade. The room was clean though and it had a refrigerator and microwave. I wouldn’t expect breakfast on site as an “amenity” as it was very limited with fruit (maybe they ran out of food?). The only amenity besides two extra rolls of toilet paper and a bar of soap. The staff was very nice and for their hospitality I give them three...

“Great stay! Perfect location within walking distance to everything we enjoy. The home is spotless, well cared for, and has plenty of space. Megan is a fantastic host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!”

“Property is well-maintained, and clean. All the amenities are there. Two of the beds are in a loft with a low ceiling - I couldn't stand up straight, and I'm only 5'7". The beds were way too soft and I ended up on the couch. The town square with nice shops and a movie theater are only a block away. Parking was easy. It is in an old building, so some creaky noises are expected. But there is a property above it, and every footstep, flush, and drip from above can be clearly heard. ”
