KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is a modern space and is fully equipped with all of the essentials. There is an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and a washing machine. There is also a separate dining area with a beautiful dining table.

BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There are three bathrooms and 1 W/C. The main bathroom is located next to bedroom 2 and has a
bath with a shower, sink and toilet. There are two en-suites with showers which are located in bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. The W/C is located downstairs in the entrance hall.

Car - The A46, A57 and A15 are just a short drive away and provide access to neighbouring towns and cities. Lincoln County Hospital, Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Train Station are all within a 10 minute drive.

Taxi - We would recommend A2B Cabs or Handsome Cabs.

*A fully refundable security deposit of £150 is required prior to check-in. We take a hold on your card for your deposit (similar to how a hotel when you check-in) every 5 days (because they do not last longer than that). Some bank accounts show this as a transaction and some show it as a hold. However, the hold will not be charged by us unless you are in breach of our terms and conditions.

* All guests will be required to complete our reservation form which includes our booking terms and conditions and provision of a copy of ID prior to check-in.

* Please message us if you require a late check out. This can be organised at an extra cost.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require mid-stay cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with Renzo.
