Arroccato in cima a un pendio rivolto a ovest, la nostra residenza di fine unità, rinnovata di recente, offre una vista spettacolare su Loon Mountain. Barbecue sul ponte, come si brindare il tramonto sul Monte Moosilauke o guardare come gli sciatori ritagliarsi gira giù Loon Mountain. Questa casa di città è perfetta per famiglie e coppie. Con un facile accesso alle innumerevoli attrazioni naturali e artificiali della zona, non vorrai mai andartene. La struttura ricreativa è all'avanguardia con tutto, dalle piscine e vasche idromassaggio interne ed esterne, palestra, campi da tennis e sala giochi. Durante la stagione sciistica gli autobus navetta ci vengono a prendere proprio fuori dalla nostra porta e lasciarci alla porta anteriore di Loon Mountains. Estate o inverno, primavera o autunno, la regione offre qualcosa per tutti.

Wonderful Hosts/Great space

My family (wife, two kids). Had a wonderful stay at this property. The layout was perfect for our 5 and 7 year old as they loved sleeping in the loft and having essentially 4 floor to play on. We were pleasantly surprised to see the two bedrooms were in their own spaces so we could mix up sleeping arrangements (if kids were distracted by each other). The view from the deck was fantastic. And above all the hosts were amazing! Checking in to see if we were all set and sent details about the property that left no guess work. These are very nice people!

Couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay in the area. Property was incredibly well cared for and the attention to the details was evident throughout. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Lovely appointed condo - very cozy yet lots of space to spread out. On a rainy day, you can still enjoy the mountains with excellent views from the living room. Perfect location for hiking locally. There's even a hike that begins within the complex. We used it as home base for hikes to Lonesome Lake, Aratruthsa Falls, the Basin and Cascade trail and a visit to the Flume.

The cabin was cozy & the location was great. We loved the view from the living room & deck. The hot tub was a huge plus. The kitchen had most everything we needed & the grill worked well. The screen door needs some work as flies got in very easily. The windows need some work as well because their seals aren't good. A couple of them didn't stay open well & we had to prop them open. The shower worked great & the fluffy towels were wonderful. The bed was comfortable. I liked the way the linen could be exchanged. Would have liked some instructions on using the TV - 3 remotes but no instructions! . Also some brochures about the area would have been nice - we've had those at all other rentals we've stayed at. It was a nice quiet location & we had deer visit us one morning!

So Cozy

The townhouse was excellent. Cozy spot with great views and minutes from Loon Mountain and town. Jeff was readily available to answer any questions and made check in/check out a breeze. Will definitely stay there again.

We Always Have A Great Stay!

This is our.....fourth stay? at Jeff's place. We absolutely love it every time. If you haven't been yet, you'll be blown away by the views of Loon from North Peak all the way over to South Peak. The pictures posted do not do the actual view justice. The condo is clean and has everything you could need. A short 25 yard walk to the Bus stop gets you to the base lodge in about 5 minutes. We love it and can't wait to go back again. Thank you Jeff!

Holiday Ski Trip

Christmas Kickoff Weekend

Great location. Kicked off my families Christmas season with a train ride to Santa followed up by a tree lighting in Waterville Valley (30 min ride). Jeff was great to deal with, let us know we could get there early if we wanted on check in day and checked up on us regularly to make sure everything was going well!

Great Location

Came here on a fall foliage trip through the White Mountains and the Kancamagus Highway. Terric location! Beautiful view and not overcrowded like some of the other resorts. Clean with great amneties. We would stay here again without a doubt. Great for families.

Fun family getaway!

This is a great condo and was perfect for our 3 night getaway with our family of 6! Very comfortable sleeping arrangements for every, a well stocked kitchen, and awesome views! We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the afternoon and with some warm fall weather we swam both outside and inside multiple times! Close to restaurants and area attractions like biking at Loon, the gonodla rides, many nearby 4k+ ft mtns to hike, and some great NH state parks lile the Basin and Flume Gorge. A perfect family getaway before colder weather arrives!

Great home base in the White Mountains

Our family of 5 outgrew our previous condo rental in the Loon area as our children are now all teenagers. This place was a perfect larger space for our family to enjoy as home base while hiking in the White Mountains. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The only issue we had was the address was slightly different than what was on the agreement due to some Loon property number changes. Host responded immediately upon our message for help and we were at the right spot in no time. We will definitely look to rent this again our next trip!

Lovely condo with great views of Loon

We had a great stay at this condo! Jeff made sure we had all of the information we needed prior to arrival. Everything was exactly as pictured and very clean. We loved sitting out on the decks with the beautiful view overlooking Loon. We also appreciated the AC units, the washer/dryer, access to the pools, and the well-stocked kitchen. The unit was very quiet. It was convenient to Lincoln and a great jumping-off point for activities around the White Mountains.

Short family get away

My husband and I stayed at this property with our two older children (23 and 17). It was the perfect space for us! The views were nice and we all had a little privacy. It was central to the area attractions and hikes. We would highly recommend it and hope to stay here again in the future.

We stayed at this property several years ago. We loved it then and now! Perfectly laid out and had everything we needed for the nights we ate in, and plenty of room around the table for family game night. The unit was very well stocked and clean, and check-in was a breeze. The kids always love having their own space in the loft, and the adults easily spread out between the main and lower levels. Plus, the location and views from the large deck were great!

Beautiful condo, comfortable and clean with a marvelous view. Awesome communication with owners.

The property is beautiful! It has a great view, an excellent air conditioning system, multiple decks, and is in a quiet area. I love it up there! The owners are easy to work with and are very nice people who keep the unit in top-notch condition. It’s our 3rd year going there and I plan to go there again in the future. This is our go to place in Lincoln and our most anticipated vacation of the year.

Great time!

We had a wonderful week exploring and enjoying the outdoors. We went to Santa’s village and story-land( about an hour drive) and enjoyed the nature trails. It was a great place to stay.
