Hotel a Lincoln

“This place is an overpriced dump. Smells horrible in the rooms and lobby. We were traveling cross country and this was the only hotel in town with rooms due to a national softball tournament in Bismarck. I would sleep in my car rather than stay here again.”

“Rooms were clean, showers were hot. Could have used more larger towels. Beds were comfortable and the AC unit ran cold. Breakfast was ok- adequate for a quick morning meal. Location was very convenient.”

“Quite a few maintenance issues and repairs needed to room, broken light fixture in bathroom, broken thermostat, malfunctioning commode. The carpeting had a film on it which felt grimy when walking barefooted. The room felt damp, like moisture was trapped in the room. Beds were extremely hard. I will not be staying here again.”

“rooms clean, good location, good price quality ratio but if one single thing can be changed and creat a big impact is your coffee!!! your coffee is really one of the worst coffee of all hotels i stayed ever. if you change that you will get much much better customer retention.”

“The walls were not very clean in the room. Toothpaste splatters on the wall by sink and mirror, something else brown was splattered on the sink wall. Woodwork very worn. Carpet very worn looking. Seeing buckets catching ceiling leaks in the main lobby was not impressive.”

“Check in was quick and efficient however they did not tell us that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovations. Back door near our room to the outside did not lock at all. Also the breakfast is pretty much non existent.”

“This is our #1 go to hotel when we travel to Bismarck. The location is great, they are pet friendly, they offer breakfast with multiple options and everything is well maintained and clean. We have never had an issue staying here, it is more expensive than other hotels in the area but it is definitely our favorite.”

“The carpet was dirty/stained. The microwave was dirty inside. The bathtub was stained and there was a spot in the floor of the tub that you could push on and it literally dented in. Fire sprinkler in the shower was very rusty.”

“Nice room, guess I just don’t get concept. What good is a 2 burner stove if no pots or pans. No plates silverware etc. full refrigerator was nice.”
