“Our room was outdated, hit and miss hot water in the shower, heater didn’t work, refrigerator door didn’t open all the way. Construction was going on which woke us up at 5a, which we weren’t told our room was directly inline with the renovations. At one point a worker came right up to our balcony scaring our daughter. Just overall not a great experience.”

“Went to the restaurants for a prime rib. The worst prime rib I’ve ever seen. Thinly sliced with a lot of fat and looked like they cooked it on a flat top grill burnt on the edges. Well done in the middle with the fat burned. It was supposed to be medium rare. I sent it back and ordered another dish. Did not eat at the facility anymore. Went across the street to the Golden Nugget the food was excellent. The place was definitely five stars at the Golden Nugget. The room did not even have Ubs...

“They don’t daily cleaning of the room!! It’s ridiculous!! We asked for new towels and took them 1:30h to receive them. It’s a joke! ”

“Friendly staff, clean rooms, walking distance to casinos and shopping (although renting a scooter is better than walking!)”
