Luxury Loft Overlooking Downtown

Loft 121 is a luxurious loft located directly on main street in Lincolnton NC. Enjoy overlooking the town right from the living room or rooftop deck. Walking distance from local shops, eateries and tap houses. Only a quick 40 min drive from Charlotte Douglas Airport.
The space
Once the home of the Rivoli Theater, the space was recently renovated into retail space below and living space above. Enjoy this unique 2500sqft loft decked out with top of the line finished!

Guest access
There is parking available behind the Bloom Market building for 2 spaces. You will see a sign for Loft 121 parking as you pull up. You will receive a 4 digit code prior to your arrival that will operate both the rear entry as well as the front entry during your stay.
Other things to note
Service animals are welcome with proper documentation. Please contact host for additional information.

A pet cleaning fee of $125 will be accessed for guest traveling with pets. Please make sure you add your pets to the guest list.

$175 fee if found to have pet w/o notice

No smoking inside, or anywhere on the complex. No candles please. Any of these violations will be a $250 fine.

Please no video/photo shoots on the premises.

No booking on behalf of others

Packages should not be shipped to this address. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Please don’t share any access info with any unregistered guests.

No Unregistered guest w/o approval. Please make sure your guests match your reservation. Any additional guest will result in a $100 person.

Two parking passes only. DO NOT park in the reserved space, your car will get towed at the owners expense. If you have a need for additional cars, complimentary parking is available. Contact Host for additional details.

Amazing place and it was beyond all of our expectations! The space was so huge and had so many luxurious touches . The roof top patio over looked down town Lincolnton which made this stay even more special. 5 stars for sure !! We would stay there again .

I rented this for an Italian couple that were visiting. They could not believe how nice the place was. It is so much nicer than any hotel in the area. Will definitely be using it again for additional out of town friends..

Awesome, beautiful and interesting home!!

Wayne was unbelievably easy to work with and even let us in early for a work call. The house is historic and absolutely gorgeous!! We highly recommend this home if you are staying in the area, especially if you love small towns like we do as this home is right in the middle of Lincolnton!! Would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing Getaway

This place was amazing. Usage of the space was well thought of. Wish we had more time to relax & enjoy the place, and more time to enjoy the rooftop area. Will definitely keep this place in mind to stay again.
