“The room need a renovation but it was clean. The service is ok. Much better at their restaurant. The check in is very bad organised and the staff is unfriendly. We arrived after a 8hour car drive with kids, they did not even offer a glass of water and there is no check in point or space really. There was some misunderstanding by their side on the payment upon check out, it took us 30 minutes to solve. Honestly, I was quite disappointed by their unfriendliness overall. “It is a self check-in accommodation. Need to check in online before arriving the property for pass code. No elevator, but room was very spacious and well maintained. Air conditioning was not available so first the room felt hot, but it became better in the morning.”
