5 minutes from Cultus lake sits paradise! This 9 bedroom 5 bathroom estate is the best vacation rental in Canada! The 7000 square foot house features 2 kitchens, 2 games rooms, (arcade) theatre room, fitness centre, bar and massive living room with dance floor & a 1 bedroom suite with own entrance. In a separate building on the property sits a 2100 square foot indoor gymnasium for ball hockey, indoor soccer & dodge ball. Over 13 acres with parking for 30 cars & a 12 man hot tub

#MapleRockResort is the ultimate in luxury vacation rentals. The lower floor features a newly renovated pub style kitchen with enough seating for 20 people. The main kitchen is packed with 3 fridges, 2 freezers, 2 dishwasher, 2 sinks, double ovens, and a massive round table that doubles as a poker table. There is enough dishes, cutlery and bedding for 40 people and everything is crystal clean! Just off the kitchen is our massive living room where you will find 2 sectional couches, 2 big screen TV’s and a huge dance floor that looks over the front yard of the estate. Down the hall from the main living room is our commercial quality fitness centre. This 800 square foot space comes with commercial cardio equipment such as a tread mill, and elliptical trainer. As well as a squat rack, 2 cable machines with all the attachments and a 12 foot dumbbell rack with dumbbells from 5-80 pounds. Several weight benches, bars and mats round out this space. The lower floor also features a separate 1 bedroom suite with its own laundry facilities, full kitchen with dishwasher , full bathroom and living room with a sofa bed and big screen TV. Another full bathroom, and the main house laundry room round out the lower floor.

Be careful not to get lost up stairs as there are 8 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on this floor including 2 large jetted bath tubs. This house has so many games that we had to build 2 huge games rooms. The first games room is loaded! We have an air hockey table, fooseball table, chess table and 2 table top arcade machines with 60 classic games in each machine. The second games room has a full bar with double sink, ice maker and mini fridge. Also a pool table and a an arcade wall with 4 stand up arcade machines to entertain your whole group at once. Down the hall from all the games is our pillow theatre. This room features 6 large crash cushions and a big screen TV where you can just flop out and watch a movie. The whole top floor was recently renovated with new carpet throughout along with new paint, trim and brand new tile bathrooms.

In a separate building on the property we have a 2100 square foot indoor gymnasium with floor hockey, indoor soccer, and dodgeball. All sports equipment is supplied. If that is not enough we just constructed a space for an indoor/outdoor hot tub. Like everything else at bed rock this 12 man hot tub is massive!!

All of this sits on over 13 acres of paradise. The front yard is large enough for a full size soccer field. There is enough parking for 30 cars and we even have a tree fort!! We have just added an inflatable water park. Water park is available from June 1 to September 4th and it’s only for use by children from ages 3-9.

This house is large enough to sleep 40 people however extra guest fees apply after 9 guests. Airbnb only allows you to book for a maximum of 16 guests. Contact host if your group is larger than 16.

Although this property is very large and private we still have neighbours and we ask that you respect them. Please read the house thoroughly before booking this property and pay particular attention to the rules regarding outdoor speakers and outside noise at night.

The house must be left as clean as it was when you arrived. Your cleaning fee only covers laundry sinks and toilets.
