About this space
Come stay at our brand new Townhome conveniently located just minutes from the freeway entrance, multiple wedding venues, mountains, Sundance Ski Resort, outdoor activities, BYU, UVU and major hospitals. Whether you're here for business, or on a family trip, our home has all the amenities for a wonderful stay.
The space:
Our Home has 3 comfortable size bedrooms each with a Queen size bed, smart TV, nights stands with USB plugs, couch and/or chair to relax, dresser and closet , full body mirror, extra blankets and pillows in each room, windows with beautiful of the mountain and/or pastures with horses, work space with desk and chairs to relax , our kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils you may need to make your feel at home, living room with smart TV, very comfortable couch and plenty space for 6 people to relax, we have all the amenities to make your stay very pleasant.
Safety: For the safety of our guests and the home, there are cameras outside of all entrances to the house.

I cannot say enough good things about this home in Lindon or the amazing hosts, Elizabeth and Phil. Everything about this place is perfect.Location: Lindon is at the most north part of Orem. So, there is less traffic but you can get to everywhere within 10-15 minutes. You are 10 minutes from Provo and the canyons. Our favorite view was Kyv Peak! There are waterfalls within 5 minutes of the house. 45 minutes from SLC and 45 minutes from Park City. Very close to all ski resorts!House: Incredibly comfortable, CLEAN, well-equipped, you can see mountains from the front of the townhome and horses/mountains from the back. All 3 bedrooms are comfy, two full baths upstairs, 1/2 bath downstairs and great kitchen/living and dining area. Cute patio out back to drink coffee and stare at mountains. Full sized washer and dryer right outside of bedrooms made it so easy to do multiple loads of laundry. TV's in every room with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. This place is truly a home away from home!!! You cannot go wrong!

You are not welcomed. No families allowed.

This was the worst VRBO that we have ever rented. We rented this space for our parents, uncle and 80 year old grandmother. They were visiting from Hawaii for our parents’ 45th anniversary. All of the great and grandchildren live here in Utah, so of course they wanted to stop by to see their Tutu and spend a little time. This was against rules and your compliance with the rules were watched like a hawk through cameras, neighbors and host visits. They literally must have counted how many people walked in and out every single time there was motion at the door. The rule we were constantly being threatened with losing our rental for was having the family visit. After the first time of being threatened to lose our rental, we made sure no more than 8 people were in the house at a time. So when the grandkids stopped by they took turns going into the house, while the rest went to park across the street or stayed outside. That was not allowed also. I got a call from VRBO the very next day. The host called VRBO on us multiple times even before trying to work things out with us personally just to push the issue of losing our rental with no refund, which was stressful. We felt very unwelcomed and stressed at all times as they made us feel like we were always being watched. There was no privacy at all. We have rented many VRBO properties and have NEVER felt so uncomfortable.

Thanksgiving 2024!

This was an excellent “home base” to be able to visit family in the area. This property had plenty of room for us to enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramped (the two-story layout allowed for distance when naps were needed while activities on the main floor could continue—sound isolation between the two floors is excellent). The kitchen setup was perfect for all of the typical holiday meal preparations for our small family. I would absolutely recommend this property (and owner) to anyone looking for a clean and quiet place to stay in the Lindon area!

Great Stay!!

This property was beautiful. Very very clean, great location, close to stores and food. Quite safe neighborhood. The host was amazing. Great communication I got in early and they had the house ready for me and she was so very kind. I will definitely stay there again. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Home, very clean, great location.

Elizabeth was a fantastic host, her home is immaculate and had everything we needed. Full kitchen with complimentary coffee pods, soap, shampoo, condition, body wash, towels, laundry detergent (enough for a couple loads), hair dryer etc. We were in town to film as extra's on the TV show The Chosen. The home is very close to the freeway which made it convenient to drive to Goshen. We would highly recommend this property. God Bless!

Very pleased!

Highly recommend this property. It was immaculately clean, nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable. Elizabeth provides lots of basics for use - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips/cotton balls, washing machine detergent, basic spices for cooking, and Kcups for the coffee maker were all provided. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a Walmart, among other things. And a great view of the mountains very time you walk out the front door, which was a nice bonus! Would absolutely stay here again.

A top notch experience

We chose this location because it was close to where we were going to have grandpa's 80th birthday party. The pictures looked great and descriptions fit what we needed. Then we arrived. BOY, WERE WE EXCITED!!!! As we walked through this town home, the pictures were brought to life. The cleanliness was not just visible, but the place felt clean. The rooms were all quaintly decorated down to every detail. Not just the basics, as it would have been at any hotel, but everything down to a small teddy bear on the desk upstairs. We enjoyed our stay would be an understatement. Our family was able to spend the entire weekend together, with a place to stay that felt like home. The owners were great to work with. They kindly helped us get into the house when we couldn't figure it out. We would highly highly recommend this place, because one highly is not enough. If you are going to be in Utah County for anything, stay here.

A great experience.

Our host Elizabeth was amazing. She was easy to communicate with and responsive. The place was well stocked and had a lot of amenities... it was beautiful; clean; and well thought out. We will be back for sure.
