Rimanete soli, portatevi la tua famiglia, fuggite con gli amici. Recentemente ristrutturato casa del 1950 con viste mozzafiato sulle montagne. Tre confortevoli camere da letto vi consentono privacy e qualità sonno in un materasso di eurotop con bianchissime lenzuola bianche. Godetevi un pasto cucinato in questa nuova cucina completamente attrezzata. Gioca i giochi o calci i piedi nel grande salotto con abbondante luce naturale. Guarda il tuo show Netflix preferito insieme o mentre ti addormenti a letto in uno dei 4 smart T.V.s Walk, vai in bicicletta o vai vicino a ristoranti, parchi e piscine della comunità (dall'altra parte della strada). Le attività del canyon di Provo e la stazione sciistica di Sundance sono veloci di 20 minuti. 10 min per UVU. 15 minuti per BYU. 45 minuti dall'aeroporto SLC. Se si sporca dopo una giornata di gioco gettare i vestiti nella rondella.

Great location not too far from everything. Four big rooms each one had its own TV. Bathrooms were great and clean. Kitchen is nice but we did not use it

Great place, plenty of parking. On a main road though didnt hear the traffic. The place was supplied with the things you could want at home. I really appreciated that. Nothing grand Just little conveniences.Yard area was nice. Clean and well supplied and quite spacious!

Great Location

For our trip the location was great. We had things to do in Provo and things in Lehi. It was clean and comfortable. We have other family in the area and this VRBO provided a nice meeting place.

Nicely updated, very comfortable

The property has been fully renovated inside and was spotless when we arrived. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything a family might need. We especially appreciated having extra towels and pillows. The hosts were great to work with.

Great!

While this house is very close to a main road, it was close to everything we needed. The venue our event was held at , restaurants and shopping. Each room has its own climate control which was a huge help. We only stayed for 2 nights, but Brandon was easy to communicate with and very helpful when we had questions. The view out the front windows was spectacular!! The mountains around there are breathtaking. We will definitely keep this place in mind if we come back next year.

Great location

This home was a great location for all we had planned to do while in Utah. There is a nice park and public pool right across the street that the kids loved. The biggest drawback to the home was being right on a busy roaf that is very loud.

Good value - no surprises

Great setup for us - 4 adults and 4 kids 8 and under. House was really clean, well equipped / stocked, and nicely modernized. Comfortable beds. Located in a close adjacent to a main street so not a great place to hang outdoors due to traffic noise but house itself is well sound-insulated. Great water- park across the street and all required amenities nearby. Would stay again.

Convenient location plenty of living space

Our family traveled up and stayed just under a week. Excellent layout and the living space was perfect. Plenty of space and seating for our family. We played games and enjoyed the tv with Netflix. The barbecue grill was very handy we used it a few times to make dinner. The basement bedroom was awesome with a couch, tv and bathroom adjacent. I would recommend the property and owners. They were responsive and there were plenty of dishes and cookware so we could do meals at the house no problem.

Worked well for us. We plan to stay again.

Yes, the house is old with some odd but functional wiring. And yes, it is on a busy street that you probably wouldn't want to permanently live on. But, it is quite roomy and located very well for our needs. My family of 8 (including 4 adults and 2 teens) had plenty of room to stretch out and relax in. The beds were large and comfortable to sleep on. The bedrooms were spacious, and each had its own quiet AC and ceiling fan, which was very nice in July. The yard was fully fenced, and I didn't have to worry about the younger kids playin in it. Owner response was quick too. And, a major plus for our family, it is located within walking distance of the Lindon Pool, a favorite haunt whenever we come to visit the grandparents in summer. All in all, a good stay for us. We will come again.

Not great

The property is on a busy industrial road. To get to the front door requires climbing about 8 steps which have no lighting and handrail. The door code is generic and apparently not changed between guests. This didn’t make me feel real safe. The house itself has been remodeled, but the heating is inconsistent. My wife and I slept in the basement, and the bedroom was quite warm, but the bathroom had no heat. The pak n play advertised on the listing was broken and unsafe and we had to buy our own. The main floor tv wouldn’t turn on.

Great location, will stay here again

My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that property has no central heat (or air) and we stayed in December. It took about 18 hours for the bedroom and family room heating units plus kitchen space heater to get the kitchen and very large family room to a comfortable temperature. Besides that, everything was great. Brandon was a great host - he brought us a space heater within minutes of contacting him. He graciously let us reschedule from summer when we had to change plans on short notice due to COVID. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is very nice. We have family in the area and the location is idea for us. The bedrooms and the downstairs suite were perfect for our needs. We will definitely stay again, just maybe not in December or July, or we will request temperature adjustments 24 hours before arrival. Thank you for working with us and for what turned out to be a great stay.

Place to stay during weekend of wedding activities

We were pleasantly surprised by the size, cleanliness and function of this house. The fourth bedroom is in the basement with its own bathroom and sitting area. The other 3 bedrooms share a bathroom upstairs and the flow of the space worked very well. Each of the bedrooms was bigger than I expected and the beds were all super comfortable. They were definitely quality mattresses. The living room was HUGE with lots of room on the comfy couches and a big cozy arm chair. The kitchen was well stocked with pantry basics, plenty of different pots, pans and dishes and several different appliances. The outdoor space was nice. A patio with table and 5 chairs, a huge beautiful pine tree and a grassy space. The location was excellent and the community pool- The Lindon Aquatic Center- across the street was awesome. We had one afternoon free and were able to go to the pool. The kids loved it. Each time I contacted the owner he was prompt to respond and very helpful. Overall it was an excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again if we make it back to the area.

house was probably one of the worst houses I’ve stayed in. bungalow only locks from the inside, so you are ok while you sleep but you have to move your stuff into the main house if you want to go out during the day. There is tape covering the door knobs in the bungalow.bathroom light is the only one that worked in the bungalow also there is a part of the wall that is broken & crumbling & there is back splash stuff for the bathtub that was never completed also There are only 1 set of curtains, leaving 5 windows & 1 full length glass door open for anyone to look inside. looked under the beds in the bungalow to look for my son’s cup & found garbage under one bed & dishes under the other. That leads me to the outside.there was technically a fence, it wasn’t a great fence. The larger gate was held up by a prayer. During the night when it was a little windy the gate blew off & hit the ground.outside there was broken glass in the yard & more garbage from previous tenants. On the porch of the main house there was old bird poop all by the front door from a bird that has been long gone, my dad cleaned it up.in the main house There were only screens on probably two windows so no one felt safe to leave their window open at night to get cool air, so it got very hot & uncomfortable. Then the bathroom sink, one handle completely falls off.The heat was also on when we got there making the house unbearably hot inside.The only thing I liked is the location & size of yard.
