“The hotel room was clean. I asked for the eco service but still didn’t receive towels. At check-in I felt very rushed. As I was entering my information, I was asked for my passport, then in reaching for my passport they wanted me typing my information. Three front desk staff talking and explaining while checking in. Difficult getting a taxi. Anytime I went to the desk I was treated like I was bothering them. After traveling throughout Japan, this is not the hospitality of other top Japanese...

“If I could give 6 stars I would. This place and its staff were amazing. Our room had a private spring fed tub in the room, a sauna, a massage chair and tons of space. The pictures didn't do it justice. The staff was crazy attentive, served us an impressive breakfast and was helpful every step of the way. We would 100% stay again. “I could not think anything better. The location is literally next to the biggest temple in Nagano and on the main historical road. The breakfast is traditional japanese which is the perfect opportunity to try local cousine. Staff very very kind. ”

“姉と妹と娘（1歳児）で宿泊しました。 姉の誕生日旅行でサプライズで宿泊施設の予約、誕生日ケーキや花束の用意をお願いしました。 ケーキや花束は見つけにくい場所に隠して頂き、いいサプライズになりました。景色や立地もとても良くて姉もとても喜んでくれました。 娘も普通のホテルよりも木の温もりを感じられる広々としたヴィラでとてもはしゃいでいる様子でした。 また、父と母を連れて、家族みんなでも泊まってみたいなと思いました。 ちなみに、ヴィラの中はガラス張りで広々としていましたが床暖房がついているので寒いと感じることもなく快適に過ごせました。ガラス張りの部分も自動のシャッターも付いていてガラス張りが気になる方も安心して宿泊できると思いました。”

“Soggiorno incantevole in struttura tradizionale. Camera pulita, futon comodi, l'atmosfera meravigliosa. Posizione comoda e tranquilla. I proprietari erano molto cordiali, gentili e disponibili. ”

“Karyizawa still had sakura blooming and leaves were about to sprout. Their courtyard was so stunning with those blooming flowers. We have seen a running wild fox for the first time when opening the curtains of the room in the morning. It was nice nature experience although it’s actually walking distance from the shopping street. Would love to go back again.”

“Our stay at Aburaya Tousen was a memorable experience. We arrived quite late but had no trouble finding the place. There are a few free parking lots around, which made things easy. Service stood out right from the start.. a staff member came out to greet us and helped carry our luggage from the gravel parking area.
