"This resort is an absolute gem! The staff are wonderful. This is the first hotel resort I have stayed in where the executive chef comes to your table to personally welcome you and to ask how everything is and if there's anything he can do for you. Johan was amazing and even brought us a cake to say ..."

Surprised find in Batam
"Unexpected stay. Very clean, modern , new. Price was reasonable. Felt safe. Although my room faces the entrance and street light, the windows were quite sound proof."
