“Room smelled a little like old cigarettes when I wanted a non smoking room but other then that everything was cool”

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". Migliorare il servizio”

Overall, the experience did not match the price, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
