“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had and completely unworthy of the Westin name or a so-called 5-star rating.
The hotel is extremely dirty. After sleeping just one night, my entire arm and back were covered in red, swollen bite marks. This was not a minor irritation — it was obvious and alarming. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation, and this hotel failed badly.
Instead of taking responsibility, the hotel tried to blame me, suggesting the bites were caused by eating...
