The studio is located 50 metres from the beach and has private access from the residence. There is also a shared swimming pool in the residence (safe for children, with parasols and sun loungers). Outside :
- A 20m x 6m swimming pool shared with the residence (unheated, open from 1 April to 7 November every day from 9am to 8pm)
- A 14 m² terrace with deckchairs, tables and chairs to enjoy the sunny days

The flat is ideally located in Linguizzetta, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
