Ac filters were fuuulll of dust, maybe because of this there was such strong smell when entering the room . Great staff, great location and great breakfast. Needs a good redo for the bedrooms”

“The staff was very helpful. Some of our walking party turned up sick and helped them find the bus stop to travel on. The room was clean, bed was nice and shower was great. We had a balcony. Morning breakfast was fresh and good. ”

Asked if I could give them my stamped postcards so the postcards could be put in with the regular hotel mail and was told, “not possible, we don’t do that” - and I am fluent in Portuguese. Have been to many countries and this was the first time I was told my stamped postcards couldn’t be included with normal hotel mail.”

I usually don't like Pestana brand, but the hotel is really nice. No bottle of courtesy water in the room. The pool was very good. I usually don't like Pestana's breakfasts, but here the products were good (except eggs). It's without any doubt the best hotel in Viana.”
