Cocoonr agency offers this charming 130 m² house with swimming pool for rent in Lion-sur-Mer, less than 600 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people.

It comprises a 70 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 600 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 70 m² living area with a wood-burning stove (wood provided), a TV, a sofa and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with a bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A swimming pool (private and heated) measuring 8x4m, open from 1 June to 30 September. It is secured by an electric cover and an alarm
- A private, enclosed garden of 600 m², facing south, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A 20 m² terrace, facing south, surrounding the swimming pool

The house is ideally located in Lion-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
