My family and I (wife and two infants) have been traveling through Sicily, including stays in Salina and Lipari. The hotel had nice landscaping, with a beautiful pool. It is also located close to the main touristic streets in the downtown, and a 15-minute walk from the port (although the last part is uphill). One area of improvement: the rooms, they could use an upgrade to be as nice as the common areas. In order to have wifi, you have to turn on the TV, which was difficult since we were traveling with kids and we wanted the room to be dark for them to fall sleep. We had to decide between the glow of the TV or having internet.
The breakfast was really good, with lot of pastries, coffee, eggs, sausage. It was very enjoyable with friendly staff.
We also had lunch there one day since we were resting, but we felt it was a little pricey
