Not clean, for example.in the shared kitchen... better no comment.
The room was clean at an average level.
Staff is not useful at all. Even if you send a message from the chat they simply ignore it.
Our room had NO AIR CONDITIONING. The corridor and shared areas had it. Not in our room!
We couldn't sleep because it was crazy hot and my wife almost had a panic attack we were going to call for an ambulance. I could relax her and the morning after the first night we left. They even refused to reimburse the second night despite the false information about the availability of the air conditioning.

one of the worst stay ever!
communication beforehand was 0 - I asked to stay with a friend and what it will cost in addition - I never got any feedback on my request.
check in communication was ok - the entrance to the apartment was hart to find
apartment is in the 5th floor/no elevator! and some of the stone stairs are broken so that it is insecure to walk them.
1) For further guests I would recommend creating a kind of – how to use the internet/TV
2) The dishwasher was not used when I entered the apartment. The dishes were still dirty. It is not a problem to take everything out – but it was not clean
3) It would have been a better answer to send someone during my stay to clean.
Also, that it is good that in the future the “housekeeping” will take more attention – but for my stay the apartment was not clean.
I also recommend a make over for the apartment. Furniture are old and do not give a good expression (chairs, table, nightboard are overused). The walls could use a new painting and the nightboard at the bed is damaged. Above the bed is mold – it is unhealthy.
