- Welcome to Hellinghausen, a small town located right next to the “Hellinghäuser Mersch” nature reserve.
Our apartment is 75 square meters. It is fully equipped. A towel package with soap for the bathroom and a kitchen package with coffee for the first few days are included.
Lippstadt, known as “the Little Venice of East Westphalia,” is located 4 km from the apartment.
A visit to the spa town of Bad Sassendorf, with its newly renovated salt works and thermal baths featuring a beautiful sauna area, is highly recommended. Soest, with its beautiful old town, is 20 km away and is easily accessible by bike. There are many well-maintained bike paths here where you can explore the beautiful countryside.
The nearest shopping options are in Eikelborn, 5 km away, and in Lippstadt, also 5 km away.

Der Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen zu 100 % erfüllt. Ruhige Umgebung, die Besitzer sehr freundlich und alles sauber. Schlaf sehr bequem. Uns hat nichts gefehlt und falls doch, kann im Zentrum von Lippstadt, das nur 5 km entfernt ist, alles ergänzt werden. Ich empfehle es. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Valtová M.

Tolle Wohnung und sehr nette Vermieter.
Super Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren nach LP, SO, PB und den Bädern. In der Wohnung ist es sehr gemütlich und es mangelt an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Empfehlenswert.

Super Wohnung, nette Vermieter
Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, komplette Küche mit Gewürzen etc
Wir waren 2 Wochen zu Gast und es hat uns super gefallen, falls wir nochmal eine fewo brauchen sollten, kommen wir definitiv wieder… sehr ruhig gelegen, konnten Fahrräder in der Garage unterstellen, perfekter Aufenthalt!
