Situated on the ground floor of a traditional Lisbon building, recently renovated but preserving its classic charm. The neighborhood offers easy access to public transport, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants - everything you need within walking distance.

- Bedrooms
The apartment includes two interior bedrooms:
a main bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and a skylight (note: no blackout blind, so morning light may enter); a smaller bedroom next to the kitchen, with a single bed and air conditioning.
Both bedrooms are interior and do not have windows to the exterior.

- Bathroom
Compact and functional, with a shower and basic amenities.

- Living Room
A cozy space with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and a desk, ideal for remote work or study.

- Kitchen
Fully equipped with essentials for everyday use: stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine (coffee not included).

Good to Know:

- Bedrooms are interior (no exterior windows). The main one has a skylight without a blackout blind.
- Ventilation is limited to the kitchen and living room, so humidity can occur.
- The building has limited soundproofing, so you may occasionally hear neighbors.
- There is a bar next door; some nighttime noise is expected.
- As with many older Lisbon buildings, the plumbing is dated and may occasionally emit odors.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Several bus routes also run along the avenue, with direct connections to downtown, Alfama, and Belém.

For guests arriving from Lisbon Airport, the metro is the most convenient option - take the Red Line and transfer to the Blue Line at Saldanha, getting off at Marquês de Pombal. Alternatively, a private transfer or taxi takes around 20 minutes, depending on traffic.

Walking is also a great way to explore: in less than 10 minutes, one can reach Avenida da Liberdade or Praça do Marquês de Pombal, two of the city’s most iconic landmarks.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ The property bills are included up to 150€. Exceeding consumptions will be charged separately.
￫ A contract of lease will be provided.
￫ Next to the building there is a bar, so noise is to be expected.
￫ Construction work is being carried out in the building next door, with no scheduled completion date.
￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
