• Living, Dining & Kitchen Area – Ground Floor

The entrance level brings together the living area, dining space and kitchenette in one compact, easy-to-use layout. As the apartment is set on the ground floor of a narrow historic street in Bica, this area receives limited natural light, creating a more sheltered and cosy atmosphere.

It is a comfortable place to slow down between city walks, enjoy a simple meal at home or unwind in front of the TV.

The living area includes a sofa bed and TV, while the dining table comfortably seats four guests.

The kitchenette is equipped for everyday use, with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and compact fridge, making the apartment especially practical for stays of more than a few nights.

• Bedroom – Upper Level

A narrow wooden staircase leads to the upper sleeping area, creating a clear separation between the social space and the bedroom.

The bedroom includes a double bed, TV, drawers and a clothes rail, with a window that brings in natural light. Its open duplex layout gives the apartment a distinctive feel, although the bedroom is not fully enclosed by a door.

• Bathroom

The bathroom is located on the upper level and includes a shower cabin, sink and bidet. It has traditional tiled finishes and a functional, home-style design.

• The apartment is located on a pedestrian-only street. Cars cannot stop directly at the door, but access is just a few steps away.
• The internal staircase is narrow and steep, so the apartment may not suit guests with reduced mobility or very young children.
• The upstairs bedroom does not have a full separating door from the staircase area.
• The bathroom is compact, with more traditional finishes, and the shower has a raised entry.
• As this is a central neighbourhood close to restaurants and nightlife, some street noise may occasionally be heard, particularly in the evenings and at weekends.

From the apartment, Lisbon is best explored on foot, with excellent public transport connections just around the corner.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
