Experience our sunny Lisbon and all it has to offer from this amazing apartment in the center of Baixa! Centrally located in a charming area next to the old train station (Rossio), the apartment is a short walk from the minimarkets, pharmacies, beer pubs in the city center, and the famous Santa Justa elevator! We are sure you will fall in love with this duplex, fully equipped, with detailed characteristics and the cozy atmosphere it creates!

Located in Baixa, this duplex apartment is cozy and well-equipped, making it perfect for couples or groups of up to six people! It is centrally located and ideal for those who would prefer to explore downtown Lisbon on foot. Brimming with cafés that serve fresh custard tarts, restaurants that serve famous Portuguese food, as well as international cuisines, everything can be found right at your doorstep!

The apartment itself comprises:

*DOWNSTAIRS*
- A spacious living room with a cozy sofa, cable TV with a selection of international channels. and a dining area with a table that can accommodate 6 people.
- A fully equipped kitchen that comes with all the amenities you may require to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal during your stay, like an oven, stove, microwave, kitchen appliances, etc. There's also a washing machine and dishwasher.
- Bathroom with a toilet, sink, and mirror.
- An ample storage space.

*UPSTAIRS*
- An en-suite master bedroom with a queen-sized bed. There's a full bathroom attached. Towels and linens are provided!
- A second bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 queen-sized bed.
- A fully equipped bathroom in front of the second bedroom.

*Fans for the warmer months are available.*

Please note: The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and an elevator is not available in the building.

Great location; clean. Has a dishwasher and washing machine, which is awesome. Downsides were there was some black mold in the upstairs bathroom on ceiling. Also, the check-in process was poor; you have to call a phone number for a code for the lock box. We are international travellers not with a phone number but only using what’s app so that as a pain.

Great location. Really close to the action but far enough away to have peaceful sleep. Very affordable. No lift to get to the apartment, so be ready for flights of stairs. Good that the master bedroom had a full length mirror but the other room could have used one too. Loved the balcony doors and all the skylights in the rooms. Master shower needs better drainage and has a mildewy smell. Kitchen has all the needed equipment.

The location is absolutely great and can’t be beat. The place was very clean and stocked with the essentials. The cons of this place: we tried contacting the host 3 times before check-in through the app and email but never heard back from them. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The unit had a horrible mothball smell the entire time we were there, which infiltrated all our belongings even after we left. Unfortunately, the smell made it difficult to enjoy coming back to the place after touring around Lisbon for the day.

This place was amazing. Its clean, beautifully styled, air-conditioned, modern and spacious for a family of 6. Beds are very comfortable, there is 3 bathrooms, which is hard to come across. The apartment is located in the central part of the city close to everything! The host was proactive and fast to respond. Neighbourhood is charming, lots of restaurants and historical spots. The only issue its on a last floor and the steps are steep and the building itsleft is located on a hill, in a small residential area with no parking. Its hard to access for people in poor physical health or with mobility issues. But healthy individuals should have no problems!

This property had everything we needed. It was close to public transit and the shopping areas which was very convenient. The street is quiet with a lovely fado restaurant few steps away. Would recommend again.

Appartement très bien situé : proche gare Rossio, tramway 28E, ou bus direct de l'aéroport en 30 mn dans une impasse au calme. Quartier très sympa, et proche de toutes les commodités. Information : Lisbonne, ça monte et ça descend, des pavés, des marches, ne pas prendre de valises trop lourdes !!

Close to everything (trains, restaurants, tourist spots). Handy to have 3 bathrooms and a washing machine for a family of 5. However, you need to be fit or you will be after staying here. There are lots of stairs to get to the property and apartment was on the third floor.

Great location, nice place

We waited a bit for checkin as we were early. Place is on the 3rd floor no elevator (as described) and the bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. There was plenty of beds. We didn't cook anything but had a washer, a dishwasher, a stove. There was a mini store next door. Restaurants and food near by. The train station was accessible. Very walkable. Cool place with 2 bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on main floor.

Perfect place

Condessa Duplex was perfect for our group. There were 5 adults and we had plenty of space. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything.
