The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Next to the apartment, you will find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and grocery stores. In addition, it is also very close to one of the oldest and most charming neighborhoods in Lisbon: Mouraria.

This neighborhood survived the 1755 earthquake that destroyed almost the entire city of Lisbon and is the birthplace of Fado – Portugal's signature sound, with its soul and singers moving from café to café throughout the area.

In addition to having everything you need nearby, the apartment also offers easy access to public transportation, such as the iconic tram #28, with its first stop just a few meters away.

The nearest metro station (Martim Moniz) is a 10-minute walk, and the Rossio train station is a 15-minute walk.

The apartment is well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore Lisbon and beyond.

Tram: The iconic Tram 28 has its first stop just a few meters away, offering a scenic ride through Alfama, Baixa, and Chiado.

Metro: Martim Moniz metro station (Green Line) is about a 10-minute walk, connecting you directly to Baixa-Chiado, Cais do Sodré, and other central areas.

Train: Rossio train station is a 15-minute walk, perfect for day trips to Sintra. Santa Apolónia station, with trains to Porto and other cities, is also just a short ride away.

Bus: Several bus lines run through Martim Moniz and Rossio, giving access to many parts of the city.

Please note: the apartment is located on Costa do Castelo, one of Lisbon’s traditional hilly streets, so be prepared for some uphill walking.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Basic items are provided upon arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only—replacements or refills are not included.

￫ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. An additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge upon check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation only covers the check-out cleaning. Additional cleaning services or linen changes can be requested during your stay, subject to an extra fee—these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM (an additional cost of €25 applies for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table.

￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property’s keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case technical assistance is needed to unlock the door, or if the keys or lock are damaged, the guest will be responsible for the costs. A penalty will apply in case of lost keys.

￫ The property has noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring our guests' privacy, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, ensuring the peace and comfort of everyone during their stay.

￫ A crib and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.

￫ Monthly bill consumption exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ Street access is restricted to taxis and residents. The main street is approximately 180 meters away.

￫ Construction work is being carried out near the property, with no scheduled completion date.

￫ Please be aware that full passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or making the reservation on behalf of a registered company, a tax identification number is also mandatory.
