Struttura bellissima, situata in una posizione fantastica, direttamente sul mare ma nello stesso tempo a poca distanza dal centro di Cascais. Camera bella e colazione adeguata. Unico aspetto da migliorar: i servizi ai clienti, per essere a livello di un 5 stelle ci vorrebbe qualche attenzione in più.

Bellissima posizione, personale all'altezza, disponibile e cortese. Check out alle 12 molto comodo. Colazione ottima in una veranda sul mare. Cascais raggiungibile facilmente a piedi con piacevole passeggiata lungo il mare di 10 minuti

Posizione invidiabile
Camera con giardinetto accessibile da porta finestra, a contatto pressoché diretto con l'oceano. Anche il bagno, super accessoriato, dispone di finestra di dimensioni standard con vista mare. Accoglienza calorosa e disponibilità massima. Colazione del mattino non diversa da quella di Hotel di categoria inferiore: di particolare solo un intero favo da cui prendere il miele ed una bottiglia di prosecco con relativi calici. Pasti non memorabili, ma comunque piatti gustosi.

esperienza bellissima perchè il Farol è un hotel fuori del normale...colpisce subito per lo stile e la classe fin dal momemto del checkin dove vieni accolto con grande professionalità, gentilezza e simpatia! la sua forza è l'arredamento moderno, molto originale, tutto da fotografare...ogni scelta esprime il gusto di un bravo architetto. noi abbiamo scelto una camera standard ma al momento della prenotazione online non pensavamo che ci avrebbero assegnato una deliziosissima camera con giardinetto su due piani direttamente sul mare...una gradita sorpresa che ci ha permesso di prendere il sole e di rilassarci sulle simpaticxhe sdraio di legno ascoltanto il rumore del mare... la colazione era completa e soprattutto composta da prodotti freschissimi e presentati con stile in un ambiente che già da solo vale la pena di soggiornare in questo hotel!!! la vista del mare, del faro, della scogliera sono impagabili da qui...e che bello prendere un caffè sulle poltrone del grande terrazzo... anche qui cè la mano di un architetto...

Design Hotel Farol Cascais - bellissimo d anon perdere, che panorama !
Bellissimo albergo sulla scogliera. Ottimo design sia delle stanze che della zona bar / piscina. Colazione all'aperto, piscina e lounge bar proprio sugli scogli. Ottimo ristorante ed ottima colazione. Sia il centro di Cascais che la "Boca do Inferno" sono a pochi passi. Da provare. PS: Cascais è veramente carina e piacevole. 28 settembre 2011.

E' la quinta volta che alloggio in questo splendido hotel a 5 stelle. Servizio impeccabile e discreto. Unico neo se proprio lo volgiamo trovare è che non esiste neanche un canale televisivo italiano.

Quiet, peaceful a great place to relax. A walk on the beach takes you to shopping and other places to eat. Our meal at Farol was excellent and as another bonus is breakfast each morning served with the view of the ocean.

It is a small 5 stars hotel so we were expecting a great service but our experience was disappointing. We arrived tired and hungry after a long flight, they offered a pool/bar restaurant but we waited an hour for 2 appetizers, was too much!. They also forgot or got confuse making our reservation for dinner, so no restaurant available. Also, if you enjoy privacy be sure to let them know, my husband was trying to sleep when a man was inside our room without first knocking at the door, 10 minutes later, it happened again with a lady inside our room when my husband was taking a shower! And finally, if you enjoy a dark room to sleep well, the room #301 is not for you, the light from the hall get in through your door and it is a party inside your room, not kidding! One manager said sorry for everything but that was all. No a single courtesy for us at all.

This hotel has one of the best views from the room we booked. The design of the hotel is wonderful and the staff are very helpful. Staying at the hotel added to my experience in Portugal. It was a pleasure to stay at the Farol hotel in Cascais. What a gem.

We spent four amazing nights at the Farol Hotel. The staff was outstanding …the breakfast was delicious and our room, 206, with all the amenities couldn’t have been more perfect not to mention the incredible view of the ocean. This is definitely a five star hotel. Thank you ALL for a memorable experience!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From check-in through to the end, every single member of the staff was friendly, and made the stay feel personal. The rooms are beautiful, but cozy, and the view of the water is spectacular. The breakfast every morning was so nice, and the bar was a relaxing, fun place to visit. It is very convenient to everything, but off the beat and path enough to be quiet. They even had bikes for us to ride! I would highly recommend this hotel.

This was the nicest place to spend our 30th anniversary, staff were amazing, easy to walk everywhere, absolutely stunning rooms facing the ocean, restaurants are delightful

Loved and would stay again!
This hotel is probably the most beautiful hotel we ever stayed at. The staff was Absolutely amazing and accommodating with everything. They helped us with all our questions and offered assistance through the whole stay. My only complaint is the cleanliness. Our bathroom shower was clogged which we found out in the middle Of the night so we didn’t complain. The shower and bathroom were not as Clean as we would expect for 5 stars. I had water almost covering my feet while I showered which it’s not good. However, I can’t stress enough on how much this hotel was beautiful and the location is 10000000000/10000000000. Also let’s give a huge shoutout for the sushi restaurant they have where we ate the best sushi we ever had. I would totally recommend and go back as soon as we can! Would love if the cleaning part was fixed :)

The hotel was exceptional. Great decor and an excellent location next to the picturesque Boca do Inferno and close to the Cascais Marina. Also very close to several museums including the Paula Rego museum. The staff were excellent, friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast included in our package and the selection was very good. Lots of choice, fresh and tasty. My friend and I are already planning our next trip!

Beautiful hotel with amazing service
The hotel is beautiful, well maintained and in a fantastic location right on the ocean and within walking distance to the town of Cascais and all sightseeing points. The staff is great, kind, helpful and accommodating. They have an amazing bar and fantastic Sushi restaurant on site. The freshness and quality of the fish and the fantastic Sushi Chef make for an unforgettable experience. We stayed in a large, spacious, super clean and well appointed room with ocean view. At night we could hear the waves crashing. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean with a fantastic rain shower. We received a complimentary bottle of wine and pastries. The breakfast is also very easy, delicious, well presented with lots of options. We would stay again in a heartbeat and can only recommend this hotel due to this wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous Farol hotel
The Farol hotel is a boutique hotel in Cascais. The hotel is on the coast and it’s fantastic to sit in the lounge and watch the waves crash against the harbour wall. The staff are super friendly and efficient. We had a side sea view room. It’s good to open the door and listen to the waves going up the gully. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was big with different jets. We ate in the restaurant and the food for lunch and breakfast were of a very high standard. Even my handbag had a buffet.

Best location in Cascais, wonderful staff and guest experience. They have both morning and evening turn down cleaning schedule plus they left Portuguese sweets and healthy drinks to recover from days tiredness. Highly suggested for staying with sea view and wonderful location next to downtown and marina

The property is located within 10 minutes from the town center. The hotel staff was very friendly and it has some beautiful views from the beach. Overall its a nice hotel
