Our 75m² apartment is located in an old, typically Lisbon building, without an elevator, on the 4th floor and with an incredible view of the Tagus River. It is decorated in typical Portuguese style and has been designed to provide maximum comfort.



The apartment has a bedroom with 2 single beds and another bedroom with 1 double bed. These bright rooms are perfect for a peaceful and restorative night's sleep. The living room is a cozy and bright space, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. With a comfortable seating area and an elegant dining area, this space is ideal for moments of relaxation and delicious meals.



The kitchen in this apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. It includes a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

Check-in and check-out information:

- Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00 (no extra charge);

- Check-out until 11:00.



Your check-in will be accompanied by an assistant and your arrival time will be scheduled in advance.



NOTICE: Check-in after 8:00 PM has an additional cost — €35 between 8:00 PM and midnight, and €50 after midnight.



Until check-in, you can leave your luggage at our office from 09:00 to 17:30 on weekdays, except public holidays, located in Cais do Sodré - cost €2 per bag.



On the date of departure, make sure you:

- you take everything with you;

- the waste has been placed in its own containers outside the building;

- the keys to the apartment are on the table;

- the apartment door and the building are locked.

Please be careful not to make noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.



Legislation

By law, we are obliged to notify the Immigration and Borders Service (SIF) of your stay. Therefore, all guests are required to present a passport or identity card on arrival.
