abbastanza centrale ma scomodo
L'appartamento è abbastanza centrale ma abbiamo avuto degli inconvenienti perchè al nostro arrivo non c'era il sapone in bagno, quindi abbiamo dovuto chiamare per farcelo mettere negli appositi contenitori, le coperte sui letti non erano abbastanza pulite una aveva addirittura una macchia, il letto matrimoniale praticamente era un materasso appoggiato a terra, troppo basso e scomodo sia per andarci che per rialzarsi. Eppoi il condominio molto rumoroso, si sentivano addirittura gli altri condomini camminare.

I was charged in advance 15 euros per night for linen (60 euros total). for the sofa bed in the apartment. There was only 2 of us in the apartment. When we arrived there was no linen on the sofa bed and after 7 calls they finally brought the linen 5 hours later and after 10 pm. The apartment has no heat and was freezing cold. Every time I turned on the portable heater all the power went out. It was also very noisy. However, the next day Thankfully they moved us to an apartment inside the building that was large and nice and had heat in the 1st bedroom. Rest of the apartment including the second bedroom was very cold.

Logement très bien situé au centre de Lisbonnne et très proche des nombreux points d’interêts (Metro, Tram, commerces et lieux historiques), seul bémol la cohabitation avec les autres locataires car l’isolaction entre appartements est quasi inexistante...et la chambre sur rue est très exposée au bruit extérieur...sauf si vous avez des voisins contentieux

Die Treppen sind sehr steil und eng Im Wohnzimmer haben wir Beleuchtung vermisst Eine Stehlampe war defekt, eine Tischlampe hatte ein Wackler und keine Deckenlampe Deshalb konnte man nicht auf dem weichen Sofa sitzen und lesen Wir mussten abends wieder am Tisch auf den harten Stühlen sitzen Sonst ist die Wohnung sauber und gepflegt Einfach und gute Lage zur Altstadt

Appartement très vieux et habité par des souris
Que l appartement soit vieux n est pas gênant mais il est envahi par les souris. Ne parlons pas de l isolation qui est inexistante, nous vivions quasiment avec les voisins.... quand aux équipements à part une machine à laver le linge il ni avait rien d autre. Nous étions 3 nous avions 4 fourchettes et autant de verres ....le deuxième jour nous n avions plus d eau chaude,un technicien est soit disant passé et nous avons terminé le séjour sans eau chaude. Quelle galère sans parler des coqs qui vous réveillent à 5 h du matin....

Es gibt keine Rezeption oder so etwas. Man bekommt per Mail einen Code zum Türen öffnen. Wir hatten eine "Maisonnette" - Dachgeschosswohnung mit Wohnzimmer mit abgeteiltem Schlafbereich und zwei Schlafzimmern, eines davon ganz oben im Dach sowie eine Dachterrasse. Schöne alte Dielenböden, und alles ein bisschen schief ;) Die Waschmaschine hat nicht funktioniert, aber die nette, englisch sprechende Reinigungskraft hat uns in der gerade nicht besetzten Nachbarwohnung waschen lassen. Getrocknet wird auf der Terrasse. Anbindung nicht ganz ideal; genau in der Mitte zwischen zwei Metro-Stationen, jeweils etwa 10 Minuten. Die Tram in der Nähe ist von morgens bis abends überfüllt - ist ja auch nur ein einzelner Wagen. Zu Fuß ans Wasser dauert etwa 20 Minuten, aber hügelig.

DECEPÇÃO
O apto é bastante amplo e a localização é boa, haja visto que se consegue ir a pé para diversos locais interessantes da cidade. No entanto, o acesso é complicado, pois fica numa ladeira ingreme e a escadaria de acesso é grande e dificil para se subir com malas. Embora o apartamento seja bem aparelhado e estivesse aparentemente limpo, deparamo-nos com um camundongo na cozinha que correu por diversas vezes pelo ap a noite. Não conseguimos achar o seu esconderijo e isso nos deixou bastante decepcionadas com o local. Além do mais, por ser uma construção antiga, o barulho dos outros apartamentos é bastante grande, o que torna dificil o repouso a noite.

Overall, the accommodations were great. We weren't quite expecting to have no host on the premises. It is an Apartment bldg with no elevator, we were on the 2nd floor which made hauling our numerous suitcases a bit of a challenge... especially because we were tired. Mostly clean and a strange layout but typical of what can be expected in a centuries old building. Loved the narrow streets and two balconies as well as two little outdoor patios in the middle of the apt. The Portugese people are warm and very friendly. Overall, I give it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Хороший район, в 50м подземный паркинг 15.5€/сутки, дом без шумоизоляции, слышимость круглосуточная со всех этажей и лестницы/входной двери. Площадь апартаментов соответствует заявленной, но очень изношен ремонт, затекает дождь через окно местами, очень некомфортная температура внутри, нет обогрева в ванной комнате, отсутствует мыло в диспенсере, в доме мыши...

Huoneisto sijaitsi sivukadulla, oma sisäänkäynti. Huoneisto oli aika pimeä, eikä lamppuja/ pistokkeita ollut monia. Makuuhuoneessa oli vain tuuletusikkunat katonrajassa. Varustuksissa oli sekä patteri että tuuletin. Keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu, hella, uuni, vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin, jääkaappi/pakastin. Koska uloskirjautuminen oli klo 11 ja tämä ei ole hotelli, voi matkatavarat viedä esim Rossion (keskustassa) tai Orienten (metromatkalla lentokentälle) säilytykseen.

Fin lejlighed til en weekendtur
Lejligheden var fin til en weekend. Der var fint med plads. Dog var den ret lydhør, hvilket betød man kunne høre alt, hvad hinanden lavede i lejligheden samt naboerne ovenpå. Alt i alt er det en fin lejlighed til et par dage for familien, venner eller lignende.

Très décevant! Attention à la sécurité de l appart
Après avoir pris possession de l'appartement, qui était très bien au niveau espace et confort ,nous nous dirigeons vers un restaurant à quelques pas de notre hôtel,à notre retour deux heures plus tard ,nous constatons le vol de notre valise plus de l'ordinateur portable . Le tout sans effractions.... je me permets d' emmètre un gros doute concernant leurs systèmes de code électronique de porte, après constatation de l'événement auprès de l'agence ,aucune explication .... un conseil cette rue est à éviter clairement!!!!

Aufgrund der Lage und Originalität zu empfehlen
Ich würde das ZImmer (es war ein eigenes kleines Stockwerk) würde ich deswegen empfehlen, da die Lage unschlagbar ist. Mitten im Bairro Alto. Die Lage ist perfekt. Nicht zu laut und nicht zu leise. Man kann auch wirklich sagen, man kann wie ein Portugiese wohnen. Man hat diese süße Eingangstüre (wie man sie überall sieht) und tritt dann gleich in die gemütlich Wohnung. Mir hat das sehr gut gefallen. Ich hab mich soweit wohl gefühlt. Die für mich wichtigen Clubs und Bars waren nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Die Hauptstrasse in die Baixa beginnt wenige Meter vor der Haustür. Aber: Wie es in Portugal üblich ist, gibt es keine vernünftige Heizung. Mir war im November daher sehr kalt. Lediglich eine kleine Elektroheizung stand mir zur Verfügung. Das ist einfach zu kalt. Im Winter und Herbst würde ich daher Abstand nehmen- wenn ich es sehr warm brauche. Für Frostbeulen ist die Wohnung dann nichts. Im Sommer ist es dann absolut perfekt. Die dicken Wände sind sicherlich sehr kühlend. Insgesamt würde ich die Wohnung wieder wählen. Der Veranstalter PortugalWays war von der Abwicklung sehr professionell.

Beau séjour mais notre dernière nuit fut un cauchemar. Nous avons été cambriolé pendant notre sommeil la nuit précédent notre départ. Vol de sac avec papiers et visas. Donc un doute concernant le système de code, voir si il est régulièrement changé ou pas.

The apt was clean, basi amenities with a very comfortably firm mattress. No overhead lighting so seemed a little dark when shuttered windows were closed. Excellent variety of restaurants and bakeries nearby. Wear comfortable shoes as considerable uphilll walking on cobblestone streets. Trolley and bus transport nearby

Pleasant apartment clean and comfortable
when we arrived at apartment the outside was appalling and the door looked dirty and shabby and in need of a lick of paint. it really lets the area and the accomoadtion down. we did not meet any reception staff only cleaning lady who was very friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. we could not fault the apartment it was very spacious clean and comfortable. on the downside a lot of noise from street during the night and also a rooster who was up at first light we didnt need to set our alarms for an early start. also there was a very steep hill to get to apartment and with an elderly lady travelling with us this was a disaster so much so that we had to book her into a hotel in the centre of Lisbon. its roughly 10 minutes walk up an unbelivebly steep hill to local metro but we discovered on our last day that if we stayed walking another 5 minutes from metro station we would have arrived at main centre of city so save yourselves a metro ride (taking 1 flight of stairs and 4 escalators to get down to metro platform) all in all I wouild recommend apartment although I think picutres on website are definitely not akin to the acutal accomodation. Note to owners: put up realistic picutres and Please Please paint the front door (Apartment 17A)

Tres bel appartement, spacieux et bien aménagé. L'emplacement est idéal lorsque l'on veut faire la fête en soirée ... Les seuls inconvénients sont le wifi vraiment pas terrible et l'isolation sonore assez mauvaise - on entendait facilement les conversations de dehors ou des voisins.

No hot water no Wi-Fi bad management..dont stay
Awful experience in a gorgeous city, I a really will contact expedia and formally complain and suggest they cut off their partnership. The management are yet to take responsibility as we had no hot water for 3 days and no Wi-Fi as promised. If I knew this I would have stayed at a reputable hotel. On day 3 as we check our maintenance staff show up 10 minutes before the check out and 30 min before check out the cleaning lady shows up obviously unable to do anything. They lied on Saturday saying someone would come and no one did. Also said we could shower elsewhere and surprise no one came. They are now trying to blame us for playing with the water heater even tjough the cleaning lafy admitted neither worked the last time she cleaned. Awful place...awful people..poor management..dont stay here!!! Go to a hotel or air bnb.

You are fulled by the pics giving the impression that the place is cosy, while it's really dark. There was no natural light in bedroom (two tiny frosted windows), so you had to have light on all day. Also because the apartment is located on ground floor and you can't leave window open all day and it smells like in the cellar.Another disappointment was luck of small terrace or balcony. Overall was ok, you can get used to it. Location is great. Bathroom and kitchen were in good working order and nice equipped.

Great central location. Highest concentration of bars in Bairro Alto. Quiet street where apartment is. Good instructions via email of how to unlock apartment. Had everything we needed. Enough Beds, crockery, fridge space. Two terraces which were great for drying beach towels etc. Bathroom was clean and tidy, nice powerful shower and hot water in plentiful supply. Would stay here again. Recommended.

Careful!
Where to start. The apartment is not what I was expecting. Now I realize that the company puts a bunch of pictures together and you get a random apartment. It does not much at all with what you get. Hotels.com needs to ask companies that rent several apartments to post the pictures to the específico apartment you want/are going to get. The flat had black mole in the roof, I have picture to prove it. There was not air conditioner as stated. There was a pillar fan and another that was impossible to run because of the noice. We had a couple of windows very high in the wal that we could not close. The neighbors did not leave us sleep. They will chat and smoke in the patio/ balcony, and they could care less about us. We felt very insecure, sometime you could not tell if the noise was within the apartment or the neighbors. I had to block the door with a chair, not that would make the difference but at least it would make noice. Awful stay. I would never recommend this place. The pick up service was great though. I will call to Hotels.com when I return to the United States to complain and request changes.

Das Appartement 17B befindet sich in der Rua do Vale im Stadtteil Bairro Alto, zentral, aber ruhig. Die Straßenbahn 28 fährt direkt um die Ecke ab. Lebensmittellädchen des täglichen Bedarfs ums Eck, Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Anreise erfolgte sehr unkompliziert. Mit einem Schlüsselcode konnten wir die Wohnung pünktlich beziehen und sogar unser Gepäck schon früher bei der Putzdame abliefern. Durch den Schlüsselcode braucht man keinen Schlüssel mit sich herumtragen - sehr praktisch. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, erschien sie uns etwas klamm und ist nicht sonderlich hell. Bad und Küche haben keine Fenster. Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Möblierung funktionell. Vieles von IKEA, einige Asseccoires, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine. Im Haus befinden sich noch andere Appartements, sehr hellhörig.

Großes Appartement
Das Apartment War an sich schön und War ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Auch hatre es eine gute Lage,zu Fuß konnten wir alles erreichen und die Restaurants und Bars befanden sich in dem viertel. Das Appartement an sich War OK, jedoch mussten wir an unserem vorletzten Tag eine schlimme Erfahrung machen. Als wir in die Wohnung kamen befand sich eine Maus in der Wohnung. Danach haben wir uns regelrecht geekelt. Ausserhalb dessen War alles okay - gut.

within walking distance to city centre and public transport. ideally located for those who enjoy bustling nightlife. well equipped with all domestic apliances and rooms just about suitable to sleeping needs, it lacks wardrobes and has a very steep staicase which isn'e suitable for those with mobility issues. Overall it is good value for money

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter le centre de Lisbonne. Il est assez grand mais très très sombre et mal isolé des voisins.

Logement propre et agréable
Beau logement situé dans une petite rue dans le Bairro Alto, très agréable, propre, qui a du être récemment rénové. La chambre est impeccable, un lit de 1,80, manque une plus grande fenêtre. La salle de bain est bien agencée, avec douche, sèche cheveux et linge de toilette très propre.l'espace de vie est confortable, il manque un peu de lumière, il faudrait rajouter une lampe!!La cuisine est petite mais fonctionne le. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier vivant ou on trouve de bons petits restaurants et des magasins. Du logement on peut rejoindre facilement le centre par le bus ou le tramway et même à prix on peut rejoindre la gare, 1/4 heur de marche. Un petit bémol une télé mais pas une chaine en français, dommage. Bon logement.
