The LV Premier Baixa Apartments - CR2 is a comfortable 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment, located on a pedestrian street (Correeiros Street), with balconies and charming city views. The CR2 is one of 3 Premier LV apartments in the same elevator building, located in the city center. You will find many restaurants, shops, and main attractions at your doorstep. We are a short walk from the traditional Alfama neighborhood, Castle, and the lively Bairro Alto. The apartment has been completely renovated, with air conditioning, double-glazed windows, and a fully equipped kitchen. For your comfort, we have premium bed linens and towels, as well as top bathroom amenities. The apartment accommodates 7 people in the bedrooms and a maximum of 2 extra guests on folding beds. This is a pet-friendly apartment (fee), rigorously cleaned to prevent allergies.



Please note: The apartment is completely cleaned and sanitized before check-in. Unit is equipped with electronic locks. In person, assisted check-in between 10 PM and 8 AM - there is a supplement of 60 euros. Stays longer than 9 nights include weekly cleaning. My lot like to share cooking some evenings on holiday. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and a pleasure to cook in which is not always the case. The location is ideal, a pleasant stroll to many attractions. Everything was as it should be -clean and working. Definitely recommend it.

This appartement is in a perfect area of town near all major tourist attractions. It was very clean, well stocked and easily accessible. The local restaurants are abundant and the quality of the food is amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend property to anyone interested in visiting Lisbon.

Excellent location. Communication with the owner was amazing they esponded so quickly to anything. The place is very clean.The apartment is has everything you could need.. i used the washer and dryer, which was very helpful. Some reviews complained about the noise at night from the restaurants below. We found that by 10 or 11, they went pretty much silent. It was comfortable incredibly well situated and we would definitely stay there again.

Great European City Apartment!We really enjoyed our stay and plenty of room for our family of 4. Indian restaurant downstairs delivered to our room on the first night when we were jet lagged and didn’t want to go out for dinner. Would definitely recommend.

Location is in a good, but the door was locked when we arrived. We contacted the property manager and they told us we had to call someone else. We called that person and they accused us of being at the wrong address and then that we did not know how to open a door. Eventually, they showed up, and the door was locked with a key that we had no access to. Also, if you are not a fan of curry, then DO NOT stay here. The entire apartment smells like curry, and it's worst in the master bedroom. Additionally, the master bath has a sewer smell. On Saturday night, the restaurant below does not turn its music off until well after 2300 and then continues with kitchen clean-up noise after that. Air purifiers should be purchased for this property. The toilet lid is broken also.

Perfect location

So nice to find a flat with lots of space. Located on a pedestrian street with many restaurants nearby and close to Rossio square allowing easy access to tour pick up Fun to walk around and explore in a safe neighborhood. While we could hear people and music in the restaurant below it didn’t go past 10 pm so never interrupted our sleep

Beautiful Lisbon

Wonderful apartment right in Baixa within walking distance of metro and many sights. Communicated through VRBO with agency and access to apartment very easy. Since we were staying through the holidays they dropped off a bottle for the new year (they asked first if it was ok to do so). We loved being in the heart of Biaxa but not on the main street of stores and shops. Would use again if visiting

Large and comfortable.

The apartment was very large, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Check in was not accurate at all. We had to call the host and he sent down an employee who was very helpful and kind. Would stay again.

Amazing location and very friendly booking

Place was fantastic, in heart of Lisboa with shutter doors that open up to the street below filled with shops and cafes. Could walk almost anywhere from the apartment, very close to metro to beach and elsewhere. Couldn't have asked for a better location or apartment, plus it had air conditioning! Would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

The location is good but the property was not clean. Filthy rug in living room, a prior tenants’ used contact lenses on the floor. The lobby has a terrible stench of sewer and we had the unpleasant experience of cockroaches in the unit, including in a bed. Unacceptable.

Perfect location to see Lisbon

We chose this property because it was within a pedestrian area that was flat. It was perfect, easy to walk around to all of the Baixa sites, restaurants, and shops. The space was very with lots of space in the kitchen and bedrooms. Living/dinning room was a little small for four adults, but we did spend a lot of time indoors anyway. A very nice space overalls.

Awesome!

This property is beautiful! The location is amazing, in the heart of everything! Updated furniture, AC, kitchen and baths. Lots of space and great property management company that goes above and beyond to accommodate our late arrival. We appreciate the attention to detail with wine, water, mini-milk, tea, coffee, soaps, shampoo, etc. It made our trip so much nicer!

Nice property, friendly host and great location. Excellent beds and good kitchen plus facilities. Check-in was timely but required a few additional steps that felt repetitive. That being said, great overall experience and highly recommended :)

Lovely!

We really enjoyed staying here. Check in was easy, our host very helpful. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of many sights. Very spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. There is a large grocery store about a 10 minute walk but smaller “convenience” stores are close by. We would absolutely stay here, again! Thank you, Jose!!

Great central location, beautiful apartment

Great experience, the property was exactly as described, clean, easy to access and located in a central location. Lots of room for us, comfortable beds. As a bonus, the Indian restaurant downstairs was very accommodating when we arrived early. They brought us complementary appetizers - and the food was delicious! We’d for sure stay in this VRBO again.

Great location, comfortable and well stocked apartment in Losbon

This was our first VRBO/Home Away stay in Portugal. After some minor difficulties reaching our contact to check in (we were 10-15 min late) we settled into this very comfortable place. The Chiado location was perfect and just a short walk from everything-good restaurants, the waterfront, the Alfama, etc. The apartment was as advertised with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, one on-suite. The place was very well stocked and a complimentary bottle of wine and package of coffee was provided. The front bedrooms faced the street and were a little noisy if the windows were left open, and one bedroom had somewhat limited storage, but those were only minor faults. This was a very pleasant place and we would happily choose it again. Thanks to our hosts for making our first experience here a good one.
