For your comfort and greater flexibility, our Hospitality Team provides self-check-in at the property. You will be provided with the code to open the lockbox and collect the keys. To avoid delays, please inform us of your flight number and the expected arrival time at the property, at least 48 hours in advance. This information is very important for our team coordination and to provide you with the best possible stay.

￫ The property is 'Self-Catered'. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included.
￫ Bedding and bath linens are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bedding and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. On your departure, you need to place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of need for technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will apply.
￫ The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Cot and Baby Chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
