The studio, equipped with air conditioner for year-round comfort, is on the ground floor of a recently renovated building. It is located on a cobblestone street in the heart of Madragoa, two steps away from the river Tagus.

Please note that the studio opens directly onto the street, making it more susceptible to outside noise.

The studio has a comfortable queen-size bed.

Well equipped kitchennette with mini-fridge, microwave, cooktop, espresso coffee machine (coffee not included) and a dining table for 2.

Enjoy the sunny weather in the shared garden and refresh yourself in the delightful swimming pool. Kindly note the apartment does not have pool view.

Please note that there's not a full-size closet for clothes due the studio size and layout. There are however several hidden hanging and storing solutions to keep everything organised.
The studio is not equipped with a washing machine, but there's a self service laundry just 300 meters away, perfect for the weekly wash.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

The Studio is located in a vibrant and authentic area of Lisbon, offering a charming blend of history and contemporary life. This picturesque neighborhood, nestled in the hills of Lisbon, provides an authentic and welcoming atmosphere where you can immerse yourself in local culture.

The area is known for its narrow and steep streets, adorned with colorful traditional houses and charming facades. As you stroll through the streets, you'll find a variety of small cafes, family-run restaurants, and local shops, providing an authentic culinary experience.

The proximity to famous landmarks is also a plus. Just a few steps away, you'll find the iconic Lisbon Cathedral (Sé de Lisboa) and the picturesque neighborhood of Alfama, famous for its narrow streets and traditional fado music. Explore the medieval alleys, discover miradouros (viewpoints) with breathtaking city views, and immerse yourself in Lisbon's historic atmosphere.

Furthermore, the location is convenient for public transportation. Metro stations and bus stops are nearby, making it easy to access other parts of the city and popular attractions such as Baixa-Chiado, Bairro Alto, and Avenida da Liberdade.

The closest metro station is Rato, about 500 meters away from the apartment. Rato station is part of the yellow metro line (Linha Amarela), which connects various important areas of Lisbon, including the city center and other popular neighborhoods. From Rato station, you can easily reach other parts of the city, such as Baixa-Chiado, Rossio and Parque das Nações.

If you rent a car, please note that there's no free parking in the area. The closest parking lot is at Largo Vitorino Damásio, about 500 meters away from the apartment.

￫ Bus
The closest bus stop is at Largo da Trindade Coelho, just 200 meters away from the apartment.

￫ Self-Service Laundry
There's a self service laundry just 300 meters away from the apartment

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ Swimming Pool is available all year and can be used between 9h00 and 19h00.
￫ The wifi signal inside the apartment is limited.
￫ Monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
￫ Please note that parties/gatherings or smoking in the pool area area not allowed.
￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
