This information is very important for coordinating our team and providing you with the best possible reception. Without this information, we cannot guarantee an immediate check-in, so your cooperation is crucial.

The apartment is located in Olaias, a residential neighborhood on the west side of Lisbon, well connected to other parts of the city.
Here, you can find one of the most beautiful metro stations in the world – Olaias – just 500 meters from the apartment! The Olaias Plaza shopping center and a supermarket are on the way, just 3-4 minutes on foot.
In Olaias, you'll find cafés, restaurants, and student spots, mainly because the "Instituto Superior Técnico" University is not far. This place could be perfect for you – don’t miss it!

Olaias Metro Station (red line) is just a 3–5 minute walk from the apartment and connects you directly to the airport (20 minutes) and the city center (around 10–15 minutes to Saldanha, Alameda, or São Sebastião). Several bus stops are also nearby, giving you easy access to other areas of Lisbon like Alfama, Baixa, and the riverside.

Whether you're arriving from the airport, heading downtown, or planning a quick day trip, public transport from here is fast, reliable, and easy to navigate — perfect for short stays without a car.

￫ The property is "Self-Catered". Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included.
￫ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of bedding may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in is between 14:00 and 22:00 and check-out must be done by 11:00. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of needing technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. A penalty will apply in case of key loss.
￫ The property has noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ A baby cot and high chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumption above €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
