• Perfect for groups: The apartment sleeps up to 10 guests, although we recommend 6–8 guests for the most spacious and comfortable experience, especially if you plan to spend plenty of time relaxing at home.

• Cooling & heating: The apartment includes multiple portable air conditioning units, fans, and heaters throughout the property to keep you comfortable in every season. Please note that there is no central air conditioning.

• Historic Lisbon setting: The apartment is located in one of Lisbon's oldest neighborhoods. The private entrance is currently being renovated, and access includes a short climb of approximately one and a half flights of stairs. Like many historic buildings in Lisbon, the steps are slightly steeper than in modern buildings, but the spectacular views at the top make the climb worthwhile.

• Parking & access: As the apartment is located on a private road, vehicles cannot stop directly at the entrance. We recommend dropping off passengers and luggage nearby before parking. Public parking is available within a short walking distance.

• Early check-in & luggage: We're happy to offer early check-in whenever possible if there isn't a check-out scheduled on your arrival day. Luggage drop-off is always available from 12:00 pm on your check-in day, and you may also leave your luggage with us until 2:00–3:00 pm on your check-out day. As we prepare the apartment for incoming guests, late check-out is not available. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to arrange early check-in or luggage storage.

• Historic Lisbon building: This apartment is located in a charming historic building that reflects Lisbon's unique character. While older buildings may occasionally require maintenance, our dedicated local team is always ready to respond quickly and resolve any issues as soon as possible.

• No pets: Pets are not permitted to help maintain a clean, allergy-friendly environment for all guests.

• No smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment.
