The apartment is located in Cruz Quebrada – Dafundo, a coastal area of Oeiras known for its relaxed atmosphere and proximity to the sea. You’ll find small family-friendly beaches, local cafés, and seafood restaurants perfect for a meal after a day by the water.

The train station is just a short walk away, offering quick connections to both Lisbon (15 min) and Cascais (20 min), making it easy to explore the city and the coast.

Nearby, you’ll also discover green spaces along the Jamor River, ideal for family walks and outdoor activities, plus attractions such as the Vasco da Gama Aquarium and Adventure Park.

It’s a peaceful location to unwind, while still having everything you need close by for a practical and enjoyable holiday.

Cruz Quebrada train station is a 5-minute walk away, with direct connections to Lisbon (15 min) and Cascais (20 min).

Several bus stops nearby connect to Oeiras, Algés, and along the coast.

Street parking is available (paid and subject to availability) if you’re driving.

The area is also very walkable, with beaches, cafés, and the Jamor riverfront all just a short stroll away.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
