Molto buona la posizione, centrale e vicina al Castello. La stanza buona e spaziosa ma sinceramente per il costo mi aspettavo qualcosa di più soprattutto per la vista che è risultata bella ma sotto le aspettative. qualità dell'insieme molto buona ma un pò costoso

Albergo silenzioso vicino al Castello
Bellissima la vista sul ponte ed il Cristo, camere abbastanza spaziose con una buona colazione al mattino. Vicinissimo all'entrata del Castello ed a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, anche se bisogna fare parecchi gradini o salite per arrivarci. Sicuramente da consigliare.

un weekend di relax nel cuore di lisbona
Splendido piccolo albergo vicino al castello di lisbona. Gode di una fantastica vista dall'alto della città. Il personale è molto accogliente e disponibile. Le camere molto belle, ben arredate, letti comodi. Dotato di una bella terrazza dove si può fare colazione o mangiare. il centro città si raggiunge in 5 minuti a piedi. Vivamente consigliato.

Gioiello di Lisbona
L'hotel è molto caratteristico, colorato e solare, con una splendida vista su Lisbona. SI trova sotto l'entrata del castello di Sao Jorge, a 2 minuti dal mirador di Santa Luzia e sull'altro versante, a 2 minuti dai due ascensori che portano a piazza del commercio. La stanza moderna, con ogni confort ed una vista favolosa. Il personale estremamente cortese e disponibile, ottima anche la cucina da gustare sulla terrazza che si affaccia sui tetti di Lisbon, con vista fiume e ponte del 25 aprile... Alcuni ristoranti si trovano appena fuori dall'hotel, dove non mancano anche souvenir e prodotti tipici. Bellissima vacanza, ci tornerò!

Solar Dos Mouros er et skønt lille boutique hotel med en fantastisk belligenhed side om side med St. Georges Castle. Dejlige, rummelige og komfortable værelser med pragtfuld udsigt enten over floden og den gamle bydel eller til borgen. Personalet gør et fantastisk arbejde for at få gæsterne til at føle sig hjemme. Morgenmaden er virkelig god, og indtages på terrassen med den skønneste udsigt.

Exceptional hotel! The location is amazing and everything you are looking for in a visit to Lisbon. The staff are amazing- friendly, polite and helpful. Francisco and Rio made us feel welcome, provided advice and checked on us. We miss them already and cannot wait to go back.

Ok.. here is my review! If you are looking for a fancy Ritz, keep looking elsewhere. This hotel is located in one of the oldest parts of Lisbon and one of the hardest areas to get around by foot (soooo much climbing) and sometimes by car can be a challenge. Since the hotel has no elevator this can be an issue if you have any health issues. Solar dos Mouros is old, well kept and charming and the staff is truly the best. The bakery next door is a treat. I also highly recommend to get ALL of your tickets before you go on any tours to these incredible sites, the lines and wait times can be hours!!! If possible, higher a tour guide for the day trips!! Lisbon is really incredible. Enjoy:)

Our room had to be one of the best in Lisbon! Great view of the city. Short walk to many great restaurants, shopping, and must see neighborhoods. Friendly, thoughtful staff. Great service, clean room. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Solar dos Mouros. Centrally located - just steps from Castelo de Sao Jorge - with numerous dining and shopping options in the immediate vicinity, Solar dos Mouros was the perfect point-of-departure for exploring all that Lisbon has to offer. We stayed in the Duplex Suite with windows on three sides, offering stunning river, city, and street views. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very gracious and accommodating. Francois, in particular, was the perfect host, greeting us each morning with a radiant smile, offering suggestions on sights to see, and facilitating interactions among the guests. The only thing we would change would be to stay longer next time.

The staff were terrific. Special shout out to Francois. He was so kind and helpful. The location could not be better, but if you have mobility issues, Lisbon is not for you. I am recovering from knee surgery, and I have a torn ACL, so I was physically demanding, but the hotel staff did whatever they could to help me, including getting me ice to apply to my knee. Welcome fruit was delicious, and the food at the hotel was so good. Staff knew gluten and the need to eat gluten-free because I had celiac. Overall great experience.

Property is in the heart of the historical area of Lisbon. The staff is absolutely amazing! But nowhere in the reservation I was informed that you can NOT get to the hotel by car, the street is closed, so you need to drag your luggage to the hotel. That’s was definitely not a happy surprise after arriving tired.

We stayed in the attic room with the balcony. The views was breathtaking. The room was gorgeous. Exactly what you see online is the truth. The staff was friendly helpful and funny. But the 7 flights of stairs is legit. But worth the best views of the city. Highly recommended

My wife and I stayed at Solar Dos Mouros the week of April 24. We found bed bugs in our bed and reported this to management (Bruno) who told us this had never happened before. We asked for a refund but the hotel offered us 2 nights of credit for a future stay, however we live in the US, not Portugal, so this was not reasonable compensation for us. Lovely hotel and location but we left covered in bed bug bites and had to destroy a bunch of clothing and do not feel the hotel really apologies for the adverse experience or tried to make it right. Disappointed.

We had a wonderful time at Solar dos Mouros in Lisbon. We stayed at the top floor terrace with a deluxe suite that had a stunning view of the city and the river from the balcony. The room was spacious, comfortable. The only drawback is that there is no elevator in the property, so we had to walk 72 flights of stairs up to our room daily. However, this was not a big problem for us as we enjoyed the exercise and the charming atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us carry our heavy luggage up and down the stairs when we checked in and out. They also gave us great recommendations for places to visit and eat in Lisbon. The included daily breakfast was tasty and varied, with fresh bread, cheese, ham, fruit, yogurt and coffee. The surrounding areas and streets near the hotel are just delightful. We loved exploring the narrow alleys, colorful buildings and quaint shops of Alfama district. The Number 28 tram is just a few minutes walk away from the hotel, which makes it easy to get to other parts of the city. We highly recommend Solar dos Mouros for anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay in Lisbon.

The staff at the hotel were beyond just helpful. They went out of their way to ensure anything we needed or any help we wanted, was provided. Our stay was perfect and we would definitely stay there again next time to Lisbon. It's well located in the city. Once you know the elevators, its' easy to get downtown and back up. You need to be able to manage a few stairs in the hotel. The staff handled all the bags.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent and the staff was wonderful! My only warning, to get to your room you have to go down a flight of stairs with no elevator, so I would not recommend for anyone with walking difficulties!
