Ciao! Durante il mio soggiorno in questo ostello mi sono trovata davvero molto bene. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Gli spazi comuni erano puliti: le scale venivano pulite regolarmente e non ho mai riscontrato problemi riguardo all’igiene.La stanza era ordinata, i letti puliti e i cuscini molto comodi. Anche il bagno, pur essendo condiviso, era sempre in buone condizioni: le docce erano pulite, c’era shampoo gratuito a disposizione e non mancava mai la carta igienica. Non ho davvero nulla di cui lamentarmi.
Another great point in favor is the location: the hostel is practically in the center, right in front of one of the most beautiful gardens in the city, at least in my opinion. This made the experience even more enjoyable. If I were to go back to Lisbon, this would definitely be the first hostel I would think of. I had a great time with the staff and with the people I met there, with whom I also made good friends. It is a place that I would recommend without hesitation.
