The spacious living room, illuminated by large windows, features a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and a Nespresso machine (coffee not included). Large windows provide charming views of the square, adding to the kitchen’s appeal.

- Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms:
One with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a wardrobe;
One with two single beds (90x200 cm).

- Bathrooms
It features a full bathroom with a bathtub and a guest bathroom, both interior spaces.

- Extras
A spacious hallway wardrobe offers plenty of storage to keep your belongings organized.

NOTES:

The apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator.

Parking in front of the building is restricted to residents only - unauthorized cars may be towed. We recommend public transport or nearby paid lots.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Carnide is a historic and diverse neighborhood in Lisbon, blending a village-like charm with modern urban amenities. The Blue Line provides quick and efficient travel to the heart of the city in just a few stops.

In addition to the metro, Largo Francisco Smith is well-served by Carris bus routes, connecting to other parts of Lisbon, including the Colombo Shopping Center and nearby neighborhoods.

For train travel, the closest stations are Benfica, about 8 minutes by car, and Damaia, approximately 6 minutes away by car. Both stations provide access to the CP (Comboios de Portugal) train network, which offers regional options.

With easy access to public transport options, including metro, bus, and train, this area offers a great balance of peaceful living with quick and easy connections to Lisbon's bustling center and beyond.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. Additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.

￫ Monthly utilities' bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
